Dunkin'

This spot is really roomy inside of your not in a hurry you can actually sit & eat for a change & I have been around a few Dunkin’s & not many places now do you have that luxury of doing that. It’s super clean/nice inside, they have have most of the drinks you want on tap. Had no problem getting my order correctly. Staff is super friendly as well.

Honestly, i get dunkin donuts everyday. I tried all the local ones and found this to be the best. Its a convenient location with a unique layout and more importantly, these people really go above and beyond. I usually do a large order for 3 to 4 people every single day, and Ive gone at various time When I day thay i mean anytime betweem 6am and 4:15pm and no matter the time, the shift or the staff working its always the same... everything always gets done in a timely manner and always comes out perfect. The few rare off times that something wasent right, they where bery polite and corrected the issue right away. More often then not though, there first shift and the staff is great. Infact so good that they knkw both myself and fiance by face and by the time we get to the front to order, they are actually already working on it. Its great. Usually dealing with a place like this, even on a daily basis is a hassle. With this location, thats not the case at all and I look foward to every visit. Thank you very much for your service, its very much appreciated!

First, I have to say that this is definitely the most spacious, nicest-looking Dunkin' in the area. There's always plenty of parking, and while it does get busy at the drive-through in the morning and on weekends, the wait time is reasonable. The workers are also really nice and friendly maybe 99 times out of 100, which is super important to me. This Dunkin' is one of my favorites in the area, but it still suffers from the same problem all the others have: Often times, when placing an order through the app for in-store pickup, only half the order is sitting on the pickup shelf when I arrive. Workers have to be trained to verify the entire order has been completed before any of it is placed on the pickup shelf. *Please* take responsibility for the whole order and see it through to completion. *Please* make sure all the items are there, including drinks, food, straws, and napkins. That's really all I ask. And if the whole order hasn't been verified, don't just put part of it on the pickup shelf. It really drives me crazy when I order through the app and only my food is ready, but I have to flag someone down for the missing coffee. That's my only complaint. Well, I wish they'd move the entrance and exit for this plaza so it's across the street from Bruce Ave., but I realize Dunkin' can't really do anything about that. It's just a huge pain to make a left turn out of the plaza because there's no traffic light. Maybe some day that'll get fixed.

Would've given 4 stars but I pay attention to everything and quality and customer service are standouts to me. Some days my breakfast and coffee is on point and other days depending on how many people are waiting for their orders on the drive through it can seem rushed. Bagel won't be as hot as it needs to be, not enough cream cheese looks like they rushed and through it on their as quickly as they could to get the line going, flavored coffee is not up to par not enough vanilla shots etc. On other days when the lines are not bad or no ones there at all my food is up to standard. Also depends upon staff members on hand, sometimes if they're really stressed you can see it in the service provided from what I mentioned above as well as tone of voices.. I sympathize with them because I too am in customer service but I also know that you have to maintain good quality control at all times because it's a reflection on the company you serve as well as you as an employee. It's a constant balancing act I get it. But this is why I give it 3 stars. If they can step up the consistency of their good days then I would say this location is worthy of 4 or even 5 stars.
