Meat ball sub was cold even though it was toasted, some of the meatball were hard as rock as well as burnt , overall just disappointing

Subway needs a hungry man to serve a great sandwich. Obviously too corporate most subways micro manage silly tiny pieces of cheese and meat. On the Capitol Avenue Subway you can relax in the hands of a master crowd pleaser and feel the joy of being well cared for by getting the tuna footlong however you want it. Bigger best bodacious..

Been a regular for many years now and I always stick to this subway because I love the owners and staff. The only thing I have to say is one of the employees that has glasses and a beard is the only one that I dont care for. Needs serious customer service skills, no personality at all and acts like he hates his job and people. The manager Paulette is so nice and I dont have to tell them what I want, they know automatically what I like and how i like my sandwich. Very clean and great service except that one employee that needs a hug or something.

I can't believe that I live very close to this Subway and on a Saturday night their hours are posted on the door, close at 12:A.M. I got here at 10:00 P.M.and go in to order and the person behind the counter said " sorry be we are closed " what the hell Subway if you're not going to stay open at the time that is posted,and on the web site then change the damn sign !!!

First time I stayed too long and got kicked out. Second time the girl recognized me and talked to me. This is my favourite Subway in Bridgeport.

Went for lunch today. Sandwich was okay, they definitely put less meat than the regular amount but whatever. However I got a cup of water and rust and a dead bug came out with it from the soda dispenser. Walked back up to the counter and explained what happened. They woman and man behind the counter were very nice and offered me a bottle of water, no charge. However the "manager" stepped in and said just rinse out his cup and get him water from tap. I asked for a new cup, no go. Asked for ice not from the soda machine, no go. Woman and man behind counter just silent. Said okay, and walked out. Could've had a repeat customer but just lost my business.
