Carol did a beautiful job for my wedding dinner. We had delicious beef wellington and Salmon. Plus, coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes and homemade pigs in a blanket. It was beautifully presented and delicious!

Carol of course never disappoints, IMO she is one of THE best chefs around! So glad she is back. We picked up the Butternut Squash Soup that WAS amazing. The Mediterranean Quiche was wonderful and the Pumpkin Pie was the best we ever had, seriously. My neighbors said her cream spinach was amazing, check her out!!! Thanks Carol.

The best pumpkin pie - hands down! Not sure of the spices used but incredible! Also butternut squash soup and quiche out of this world! Looking forward to more offerings by the dish as takeout.

Tonight’s Dining Adventure takes us to Along Came Carol Catering & The Nook for an absolutely incredible fine dining experience! Wow, each course more scrumptious than the previous. The only regret I have is that I didn’t come here earlier. This is a Restaurants USA highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant! This was possibly the best meal I've ever had. We were there last night for Italian night and everything was out of sight. Every single course I found myself saying this is the best--whatever it was I was eating at the moment--I've ever had in my life. 75$ per person may sound like a lot, but with the quality and quantity of food, plus the fact that you can BYOB with no corkage fee makes this place completely worth it. We're bringing all of our friends here.
