I've not had a bad experience there. But I don't frequent this one as often as the one on king's why (which is great). They have more variety than Madison Ave, more space than kings hwy. I got what I needed fairly quickly. Only thing I can say negatively is they need to clean up the items in the glass display. The thing about glass displays is us customers can see it all. So every cookie that'd fallen out its dish, every empty tray with crumbs and frosting left behind, could be seen. I got 2 black and white cookies. Some cannolis and 2 cupcakes. They were super fresh and nicely packed. Those black and whites are my weakness - "Look to the cookie!"

I went inside to this location and the lady seemed in a rush. I ordered what I usually get at other locations. i asked her for the freshest one. She swiftly caught an attitude and said that they are all fresh. Anyone who has worked in a bakery knows that new batches get put out throughout the day, and that the new ones get pushed to the front of the display. I’m now home 10 minutes later with stiff NOT fresh cream topping on my strawberry short cake. It’s HARD to the touch. The other croissant cream filled pastry i purchased is bad too. The cream filling is also hard, disgustingly old and stiff too. I buy these from other locations and other bakeries that use the same cream i know what it’s supposed to taste and feel like. Don’t waste your time coming here. It will be money down the drain. The cream should not be crumbling in my hand

Great bakery and great sandwiches best place around. They also make tres leches cake and they are delicious. They always had fresh brew coffee and they staff is very nice and helpful. Bathroom are clean. Birthday cake and a large inventory of all types of pastry best place in Danbury to get your sweets.

Food is great and worth what you pay for but the service has gone down hill. The young lady who made my sandwich seemed rushed missing almost half of what I asked. I placed a call just to let them know what happened. She refused to acknowledge the accident. I'll accept this but it will be the last time I go there. Stopped by recently, again food is great but why did it take thirty minutes to make a sandwich and heat up a muffin?
....after some time I went back. We all wear mask so we're hard to understand, that's why we repeat the orders. Despite this she got the sandwich wrong and forgot the muffin. Instead of acknowledging the mistake she charged me for it.
