China Star Restaurant

Today 2/4/17 my girlfriend ordered me food from china star. She ordered #100 which is Dragon and Phoenix mild. Well when i got the food it was very spicey. I called China Star and a little girl answered. I told her that my girlfriend ordered dragon and Phoenix mild which i got spicey. She said what do you want us to do cause we are very busy. She then hung up on me. I called back saying that hanging up on people is rude. I told her the situation again asking if they could make another dragon and Phoenix mild. She started arguing with her mom. Next then is she hung up on me again. I called back and the owner which i told him the situation and he said ok we will make you another one however it will take about 30 to 40min. I said fine. Instead of waiting for them to deliver again i just drove there. When i got there i placed the bag on the counter. The owner said im sorry we are making you another dragon and Phoenix mild. I waited 5min to receive it and checked to see if it was mild which it was then went home. I shouldnt have got hung up on twice. If they wanted their daughter to answer the phone she needs to be more responsible if not hire more workers.
