Drinks are made correctly, staff is friendly. Location is always busy but the staff handles it well, even short staffed. Also nice selection of Starbucks cups.

I literally only gave 5 stars because of Kathy at the register who had the absolute greatest vibe of any Starbucks barista I’ve ever seen. Every other barista needs to take notes - Kathy is the standard.

Michaela had really great customer service. I picked a drink I've never heard anyone order and she was on it. Very efficient. Good drink.

Service is OK but even when I ask they never can get the concept of not filling a coffee cup to the top, spills all over an makes a mess coming into work and in the car. Its simple ..... no need to fill to the top so it spills over. Training is sad here because this has happen for years .

I have ordered 4 drinks and 2 have some special instructions. They just made them nothing i wanted and it they were so slow so i had to take what i didn’t want because i dont want to wait another 40 mins. So disappointed.

Staff is amazing and always positive! Always feel like someone special after being there it is just how they make you feel. I will go out of my way to go to this location they are so kind!
