Taco Bell

Well.. it's hit or miss at this place. Sometimes you have good staff and good food, and other times you get lazy, rude employees and the food Sucks. The last few times I've stopped here the food was ok, but could have been much better. I was shorted every time on meat for the chulupas! I know that times are tough, but at least give a customer what they pay for. Another negative was they specified, only correct money or debit/credit cards. Actually, I think they just don't want to deal with giving out change. A couple years ago, this place was awesome, but lately, it has hit rock bottom. I'll be generous and give them 2 Stars.

2 cars in the parking lot, 2 cars in line. Ordered 2 quesadillas and had to pull forward and sit and wait for 30 min at least, all the workers inside was sitting on their phones, laughing not working!! Typical! Lobby doors open we had to walk in and get our food AFTER the worker said “I’ll bring it right out to you”. If they hadn’t already taken money I would NOT have waited! Horrible Horrible Horrible service!!! Complete disrespect towards the customers

20 minute wait in the drive thru and told to pull forward when there was only 1 other car. Initially brought the wrong food, eventually got our order but the employee walked at a snail's pace and rolled her eyes when I told her the passenger window didn't work (she didn't go to the driver's side first) Car ahead of us had to send someone inside to get their food. Terrible service.

Taco Bell Brewton staff has to be thee most unskilled, careless & crude bunch in Alabama. Employees are extremely unpleasant & inappropriate. No welcome greetings when entering the store, just stares & whispers. When pulling up to the drive thru it’s either dead silence for minutes or an abrupt “hold on!” & you still are put off waiting for their help. I’ve never met a group that didn’t want to work or work as minimal as possible. This location & the hours of operation advertised on the door & the website is never accurate. We lived in Brewton for years & unfortunately Taco Bell along with several other chain restaurants in the Brewton area that just has an extreme amount of “we do not care!” mindset or the trendy “gives no F’s” culture. Do better, Be better!

I stopped going to Brewton Taco Bell over a year ago after I witnessed an employee do the #2 in the bathroom and walk out without washing his hands as I was in washing my hands before eating. Recently I noticed he works at another food service in town. So I decided to check out how taco bell is now. The staff appeared to be bothered to have to wait the drive thru, as I waited by the window it was cell phones and clowning and job wasn't the priority. I was handed my food without a word and she closed the window as if to say...... get out of here. I've black listed this taco bell. I'll only go to taco bell if I'm out of town.
