Humble/rustic atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff. Great place to stop in for a quick bite. Fresh and tasty ingredients - loves the chicken wrap and Berry smoothie. There is a beautiful outdoor eating area and loads of beautiful statues all over the property. Great for kids!

First of all, EXCELLENT breakfast sandwiches. The staff was helpful, friendly, and patient as I debated what to order. Counter service was quick and the NY-deli-like atmosphere plus shaded and sunny outdoor seating were the perfect way to start our Cape mornings. We went three days in a row! My friend liked the sweet roll for hers, I enjoyed the English and the loaded avocado toast. Tip well and don't be a jerk.

Awesome little spot in Brewster with friendly and helpful staff. Had the George Costanza breakfast burrito which was delicious. Also had the breakfast sweet potato fries which were some of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going there again in the future.

Stopped by Cafe Alfresco on my way off Cape. My husband and I got the breakfast burrito on the recommendation from the front desk at the Inn we were staying at. Nothing short of spectacular. I got the falafel breakfast burrito and my husband got the sausage breakfast burrito. Wow! The peppers were the perfect compliment to the burrito and the sweet potato breakfast fries were the cherry on top. Awesome staff. Awesome location. Lovely outdoor seating. We will definitely be back!

I got there right at the busy lunch hour. It took a little longer than usual to get my large take out order filled because so many people were ahead of me. The front counter people and the kitchen crew were working their butts of making it happen and yet remained friendly and helpful. And the food was great. The best deli food I've had in a long time!! The panini sandwiches, falafel wrap and salads are top shelf choices.

I'm always looking for a good breakfast sandwich, and I found one here. It's not inexpensive, but good quality, and good size. I generally order ham, egg, and cheese on multi grain. They don't list ham, but will make it.

My partner and I google searched the infamous, "breakfast near me" and were happy to have found Cafe Alfresco. With an abundance of options to choose from, the owner happily shared the local's favorites with us. We opted for the breakfast burrito, strawberry pancakes, and a caramel latte. The food came out in a timely manner and was such a treat! We highly recommend getting the burrito, the peppers are such a nice touch to the! Special thanks to Jimmy, who was kind enough to spark up a conversation with us. We'll be sure to return when we come back to the Cape!

I ordered the Cubano Special with hesitation. Cubanos are my favorite sandwich, but I find most places just dont use the right proportions, use the wrong kind of mustard, pickles, ect. The Cubano at Cafe Alfresco was exceptional and probably one of the best I've ever had. Every bite was perfect, the bread was well toasted and the pickles were crinkle cut. I work in the restaurant business and you can always tell when the staff makes something with love versus when they just throw a 'menu item' together! My sandwhich at Al Fresco was made with thought and care, which is perhaps the most important ingredient.

I can’t say enough about Cafe Alfresco- the food is outstanding, all of the staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner Jimmy always takes time out of his day to say hello. I’ve tried many things on the menu and never have been disappointed. As a year round cape codder, it’s hard to find lunch spots that you can zip in to on your lunch break to have a healthy quick bite. So thankful for cafe alfresco and hope they stick around for a very long time! Ps. Jimmy that French toast muffin was out of this world!! Thank you!!

I have visited Cafe Alfresco several times for lunch and never been let down. The T.C which is a chicken saltimbocca sandwich is my favorite and was good my brother and I ended up ordering a second. We go it with their hot peppers on it which are also to die for. The hot peppers or mild definitely adds a nice kick to your sandwich with great flavor (you can also buy the peppers for your fridge at home). The service was A+ and the girls were very helpful in deciding what sandwich to try off the special board (The Brandino which was grilled chicken with pesto). This place is a hidden gem and if you haven’t been….go try it.
