Arby's is great in general but this particular Arby's has a great crew working there. Always helpful and so nice! They go out of their way to help. FYI, they have recently remodeled and the bathrooms (at least women's) are now very large single-person bathrooms.
Updating to say all of this continues to be true. I'm never disappointed at this Arby's.

They're understaffed but you could tell they were all trying hard. Good attitudes, food was hot and the order correct, so no complaints here.
*I will put this on every fast food review from this point forward...Chick Fil A is the benchmark for all fast food restaurants to learn from. Management teams are critical to restaurant success these days. The Arby's in Brevard NC is a really good place to eat. The staff is very friendly and polite. It's a very clean store I enjoy eating there.

Atmosphere?? Dont know. We ordered at drive-thru. Food was great. Chickn bacon swiss sandwich was delicious..

Update: They now have a 100% health score. This location has really stepped up since the remodeling. Excellent service, shorter wait times and a great friendly service with a smile. <3

Was pretty busy food came out fast and fresh the lady at the front counter was very nice

These guys are running on a bare bones staff as is the majority of the country. Every team member at this location is pleasant every time we come. The food is always fresh. There will be a wait when you can't fully staff a place. This is the new reality. The team here makes it worth the wait always giving great service. Always busting their tails to get the food out.
