Little Caesars

My experience was just like last time,dry pizza. I asked for extra sauce because of last experience and the cashier was going to charge the price of an extra topping which is about 2 dollars more. I refused and now I'm stuck with dry pizza again. I will not be going back to this Little Caesars again 😠😠😠😠

It's is a good value, not gourmet but cheap and OK. But forget "hot and ready". It's never ready, you always get "10 minutes" which turns into more like 15, and the tiny waiting area is always packed. A guy who I presume is the manager just stands there and watches the employees, it's sort of weird. You can't call ahead because they literally refuse to ever answer the phone. But whatever, you can feed a bunch of people food that isn't nasty for under 20 bucks. Service isn't spectacular but civil. Domino's and Pizza Hut are nearby and their quality and service are phenomenal, but 5x the cost, so I guess it's about your price sensitivity. ×edit for new management: I tried one more time today. Unbelievably, it was worse. Only one person in the kitchen and one person in the front at 5pm. The young lady in the front would take one order then disappear to the back for 5 minutes to help the lone kitchen worker. She moved between handling cash and food without ever washing her hands. People had been waiting 30 minutes, including people who ordered ahead online. Just nope.

I ordered a hot and ready and was told I had to wait about 15 minutes or so because they had a big order!! That is not my problem so I declined the offer!! Hot and ready should mean hot and ready!! It's lunch time, geez!!! I guess you get what you pay for and that's why I'll just stick with pizza hut!!!

I hardly give out reviews but it's insane how long I had to wait for pizza at a Little Ceaser. I had to give my review because this place is in need of new staff....let me tell you what I saw in my almost 40 minute wait...( I'm standing there waiting for pepperoni pizzas and a all meat pizza) ....I had never ever seen a place were staff work slower then sloths.. No communication with the back staff... no good customer service... All the staff needs to be replaced especially the one with the earphones hearing music to only work slower....there was only one person actually working...Miguel is his name...poor guy came stressed out from the back did cashiers work, and apologized to the customers...went back did the cooks job as well...personally made my pizzas and other 3 customers pizzas that were waiting as well... They all need to be fired and replaced except Miguel.. he is the only one that really cares about getting the job done... actually doing his job and everybody else's job... I dont understand why people apply to a job and dont actually want to work....I would give this place a No star.... but Miguel saved the day lol and made my pizzas lol Thank you Miguel!

Terrible Service! Double check your order once you receive it because tonight was a headache trying to get help. Went in for 2 cheese pizzas, got in the car and checked only to find out they were both pepperoni. We went immediately back inside to get my order fixed, only to be met with waiting for help for 40 minutes and then treated terribly by the workers. I have continued to have poor service at this location, but today was the last straw.
