Pizza Hut

Just don’t bother going here. They mess up and give your order to someone else. Then they don’t even tell you they are re-doing order. Then when you get the pizza after 1 hour it’s uncooked mostly. They wouldn’t give me my Money back because I wasn’t going to wait for them to re-cook it a second time. I had to call corporate to get my money back. So then I had a credit to use up for another pizza. I went back today and they said when I called it would be 15 minutes. I get there and they say it’s going to be about 20 to 25 minutes Because they only have one cook. Not my problem I left it and they can stick that free pizza where the sun don’t shine. I’ll go somewhere else. The customer service the whole experience at this location is total garbage.

I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of wings online while at work. I received my order over an hour and a half later. Both pizzas were cold, dough was already hardening, wings were warm, not hot. I called to inform the store and was hung up on 4 times must have caller ID linked to my order. I am so disappointed. I spent $40 and I realize mistakes may happen so wasn't really too concerned, was going to voice my concerns so it wouldn't happen again to someone else but after them hanging up on me, I will not return to this facility or order anything from them. Papa John's should have been who I called anyway but the Pizza Hut where I live is awesome and the Pizzas and customer service are outstanding. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I really like their pizzas (when they make them correctly) Stuffed crust is great. But my last two app orders were messed up. First time they didn't make the second pizza. (2 large they only made 1) The second time one pizza was missing half the toppings I ordered, and both pizzas were missing the garlic crust sauce.

I always order my pizza and never have they messed up an order. Workers are polite and friendly. It's the only pizza hut close unless u want to drive downtown to the second one. Order may be longer to wait because of their current amount of people that had ordered before u so stop complaining. # Pizza

It's a pizza place, mistakes are going to happen. 3 times in a row, order was wrong... one of the three times, I ordered delivery. They flat out never showed, or called. I just let it go. Tried to call this last time, while continuously trying to explain I wanted nothing for free... the "manager", kept over talking me, and trying to point out how they were right and I was wrong. I lost it, couldn't handle the ignorance, hung up. That's the last time for a while... I guess till they hire someone else.

Absolutely horrible! I have never had a good experience with this Pizza Hut. Usually I let it slide, but the last time I went is definitely the last time. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order only to find that they made the pizza wrong. And what's worse is they actually said it was my fault because it did not say how I wanted it on the order. I looked at the receipt they gave me, which broke down my order, and I did indeed put the order in correctly, they just didn't know how to read their own order/receipt! Absolutely the rudest people ever!!!

I called in my order for a personal pan pizza and specifically asked for no sauce on my wings...I would prefer it on the side. When I got there...Sauce all over them. They told me 6 min. for new ones...I ended up waiting 35 min. and b y the way I was on my lunch break for work. Although the Mgr. was nice and apologetic, My pizza had way to much sauce and was not cooked long enough, which made it horrible and the wings were not completely cooked. I ended up throwing it all away. 😞
