7-eleven

I went to 7-11 with plans to buy a new "Space Jam" vape pen, a Big Gulp and Hot Dog combo, and a display for a 12 pack of Budweiser caught my eye. I brought the beer and drink to the checkstand and told the employee I was getting a hotdog for the combo, and a vape pen. She listed off several cigarette brands, so I specified I was getting the Space Jam vape pen. She told me they don't sell that product. I looked at her blankly for a bit, then explained that I had twice bought the vape pen at that store before. She replied "I've worked here over 6 months and we don't sell that product at this store." After a longer pause, I said and asked "Maybe you didn't know about it, but I've bought the pen here before. Is there anyone you could call and ask to see if they know where it's kept?" She replied "No, we haven't sold that product here in the past year. I know my store and I stock these shelves and we don't sell that." This is frustrating. In the last couple of months I have bought 2 of these vape pens from that exact store. The employee is refusing to help me, tells me "you must be mistaken," and has already started setting my items to the side to start helping the next customer, ignoring me. When I started to speak again she said to me "You're not welcome in this store anymore, goodbye." I called back to ask her name. "They're not going to do anything-" and hung up on me.

Above and Beyond, I only wish I caught her name. I purchased two single cans of beer, and while I carried it out of the store the paper bag ripped, sufficed to say she was courteous to replace the destroyed product. I will make this location a feature in my future purchases because of her care for customer service.

I have been a customer with this particular 7 11 for almost 2 years, other than the few that ask for money or if I have a smoke, the experience is well, convienient. Its one of the very, very few stores open 24/7 in Bremerton and the clerks are always busy cleaning or organizing, very attentive to anyone who walks in the door, and I have never had any of the employees ever be rude or not know what they are doing they ring me up quick and never seem to become confused or overwhelmed no matter how many customers are in line. Greeted with a hello and left with an old small town see ya later, makes me feel very welcome to come back in. Ofcourse, I have only had to use the store after hours, I dont frequent the convienience stores, but, if I ever have to or need to they are open. The 24/7 hours a days is a blessing for an emergency, they carry a wide variety of necessities and then some. If you need something they probably have it. Thanks 711 for being here in Bremerton cause with out you we would be sol after 1am until 6ish am when the larger grocery stores and retail stores begin to open.... Alanna (Bremerton)
