Taco Bell

They order taker was rude. I ordered a cherry sunrise freeze and got a colored carbonation freeze instead and my Doritos taco was almost empty. Was on my way our of town I looked for the receipt to call back and let them know but I want given one. I don't know why u keep returning to this specific taco bell because I've never had a good experience. So convenience isn't always better.

Went inside to pick up grub hub order, there were 6 workers 2 passed by me without acknowledgement of my presence standing at the counter. The 3rd man that passed then asks if I'd been helped. I had heard them making the 5layers from the order I'm supposed to get. I tell him no but I believe they're still working on the order for ****** and show him the order on my phone. He checks and says it will be one moment. I proceed to wait for 15 min. My app says the order is ready for pickup. The workers were still putting burritos in the bag. The order was filled, put in a bag and on top a warmer. All the workers are clowning around hitting each other with bags, throwing tomatoes, calling each other names not appropriate for a work environment or family dinner. Then I finally get a guy that acknowledges I'm still standing there watching this ridiculous display of the work force today, and he says oh yeah I'll get that freeze for ya, one sec. He gets my freeze and grabs the bag and hands it to me. I had to put it in the app that the food was still being prepared so my ratings aren't messed with. I wasted my own time and the person who's ordering. I don't understand how 6 people could barely run a drive thru... I was the only person in the lobby. The order was accepted on my phone at 739pm and I didnt have the order handed to me until 758pm.

Me and my mom went in thinking it would be faster than going through the drive thru. We were wrong. It was a simple order of the mexican pizza combo which came with 2 crunchy taco supreme and a large drink. Twenty minutes to make small pizza and 2 tacos? Now we wished we had gone through the drive thru.

Worse than ever!!! No dollar menu instead pay $4 for a black been burrito. I was there for the last time last week; I bought some tacos and tried a new burrito. 2 of the tacos were surprisingly well made and delicious, the others were neglected, unfilled and disappointing. The new burrito I tried was about 3" long and not one of them were full. There wrapped totillas with some red sauce and a spoonful of "meat" in the very, very bottom. Whether corporate freed or non caring employees, it is no longer worth paying for their offerings!

Was having a car worked on next door so thought my family could go get some taco bell breakfast. No sign or indication lobby was closed but waited till 1015 and door was never unlocked. Just seeing the tables inside were covered in food debris means end of day cleanup was never done. Ended up going to dominoes instead. This place isn't worth anyone's business if they can't do the basics. Really thought they could have another chance bc it seems every time we come to this location something is wrong.
