I had an unexpected experience. I've been here before and never had an issue so maybe it was just this waiter? I showed up alone but let the waiter know that I had a couple others who would be joining me. He brought water and bread but never asked if I wanted something else to drink. When the second guest showed up, then he asked if we wanted something else to drink. Maybe it's a standard to wait until other guests show up? Finally, all of our guests showed up and we requested a drink menu. He forgot that and had to be reminded. We ordered an appetizer and it never came. We received our meals and still no appetizer. We reminded the waiter and he apologized and said that he would take it off bill. One of our guests food came out cold, that had to be corrected. Mine was cold also but I ate it anyway. One guest requested a glass of wine during dinner, the waiter had to be reminded of that also. I don't know what was going on. I'm not sure if he was just so overwhelmed or maybe this is normal for him. The establishment didn't seem to be overrun with guests, especially with covid-19 restrictions in place. But I don't know, maybe there's more to his story that I don't know. It wasn't a God awful place. The view was beautiful. There just happened to be one small issue after another that got to be pretty annoying by the end of the dinner experience.

First time here very happy with the cod and fries and wife had the bottomless prawns and fries. Both great flavor and the bottomless peach lemonade amazing. Just wish more fries came with as seem like normal size but thought double being didnt get slaw with it but overall good and and our waiter checked in to keep up with us and make sure prawns kept coming thanks Dylan for waiting on us and being friendly and knowledgeable about the prawns and the cod of choices and explaining each one. Highly recommend coming here and have Dylan take care of you. We will be back again. Because of his great guest service

The food the presentation the service the atmosphere the quiet serenity was what my meal was all about. The wait er was a young man that was just wonderful he was attentive and relaxed and just would do what you ask he helped me so much you're lucky to have people in your service like that it just makes you want to come back. I ate the oysters and some of the shrimp that was all you can eat and they were absolutely delicious oh my God was the food so good I made a kind of a silly comment about the potato I said you know this is the first time that I've had a baked potato that it was hot and it tasted fresh and it was really good. I wanted to check the waiter a lot more and I did because of the attention that he gave my table I want to thank you for being there we're always exemplary when it comes to service and your food the atmosphere and I will be back it's really worth it to come there to have a meal I hope all of you continue to stay safe be careful with your families and God bless you.

Plenty of Parking underground, a few spaces on the street. An elevator takes you to the inside of the restaurant. Bathroom is clean and well stocked. Service is efficient, friendly and fast. Food is great. We had a table with a view and used a coupon given to us by the hotel we were staying at. They honored it with no problems. Around $80 with two non-alcoholic drinks, 2 entrees and one dessert. Dress is casual. Mask up!

I am very pleased to finally be able to do a five star review. We were there with another couple, and really wanted things to go well, as service in the past has been hit and miss (mostly miss the last few years). This time was spot on (great job Joshua!), and the crab cakes though pricey, were the best I've ever had (all crab, no fillers-yum!). Seasonal drinks were reasonably priced and delicious, and desserts were heavenly. Hope they keep this up, as they'll be seeing a lot more of us if able to keep the bar for service high the way it was this last weekend!
