Wendy's

The food is always good and my order is rarely wrong. The morning crew is good. But the night crew is slacking. Some months ago I could always get Wendy's after work and I would only have to wait behind 1 or 2 cars at most. I'm not sure if a bunch of people magically started desiring Wendy's and that's why the line is a mile long at night time or if the employees are causing the line to suddenly be super long. Because I'll have to wait over 30 minutes when ordering food at night time. And I don't try to order within 20 minutes of closing. I try to order no less than 1 hour before closing (which is more than enough time for fast food) and I always order ahead on the app, but I don't think they make the order ahead of time.

The sweetest lady greeted me at the drive through window. She gave me the most genuine smile I've seen in a long time. It made my day! It has gotten to where hardly anyone... whether at a drive thru or cashier somewhere... even says hello, thank you, smiles, or even looks your way when you are passing through their line. She was like a ray of sunshine! Oh and the baconator is very yummy!

Pulled into the drive thru for a mobile order, which included 2 medium chocolate frosty's, at 11:00 PM last night. They close at 12 midnight. Finally got to the window to get our food DEAD AT MIDNIGHT. Yes. Literally an HOUR in the drive thru line. Get to the window and "magically" the frosty machine was "down". Did I forget to mention that the back door was open while we were in line and we could see they were more concerned with cleaning than filling orders so they could leave directly at midnight (hence the hour wait for 5 cars)? Not our first poor experience with this Wendy's and will NOT be going back. There are better Wendy's locations on our usual route, this one just is more convenient to the interstate.

Please just get rid of the entire staff. Whoever is working tonight. 01/15/2022 know that you are ignorant. I'm waiting in a 16 car line for an order you already have ready/started... If you really think you're making a point I think you should get your oxygen levels checked because your losing it. Whoever is the "manager," tonight please fire them.... Why would your lobby have staff members taking a break when the entire restaurant is wrapped up. You sound like your mouth is swollen up like a squirrel stuffing their face. Maybe eat some real food your about as artificial as your cheese 🤮. I despise people like you. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because I feel bad for the staff members you're forcing to be foolish.
