The Flame Broiler

On 9/16 I placed an order on the flame broiler website, the delivery guy never even attempted to deliver it. I called the delivery service, they said I have to get the company to request a refund, I called the store and spoke to a manager and he said he was incapable of doing that, this is not true. He said he'd call me back it's been a week no call. I've called back twice with no response. I really like flame broiler but this store is run terribly. Don't go here they will try and steal your money. Go to the la habra blvd one instead. Update: The manager got in touch with me about week after I posted this review and gave me a full refund. Changing rating to 5 stars based on food quality and then making this right.

I work a few blocks away so it's my favorite lunch on the area. The Staff has always been Super Friendly. The Lunch hour is always busy with a Big Lunch Crowd! Even Busy the Staff is aware of who's waiting and for what! So the disgruntled reviews i read make me wonder just how those disgruntled reviewers were acting or treating the Staff. People can only smile so long.
