By far the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I was there around dinner-time on a Friday. The man at the register was beyond welcoming and took interest in how my day was going. The woman barista was also extremely sweet. The drinks were prepared very well and the store was spotless. The workers at this location need to run the entire company.
Love this Starbucks location! The baristas are friendly and helpful. The dining room is clean and spacious with outdoor seating as well. It's wheelchair accessible. They also have a drive-through. Bathrooms are unlocked, clean with double stalls. There is a Von's, 4 banks, several restaurants, a dry cleaner, and stores in the parking lot.
It's funny that there are two Starbucks located within walking distance of each other, but that's Brea downtown for you, which I guess is technically different than the Gateway Shopping Center that Brea Downtown literally shares the same road with.
Anyway not sure why there's anything lower than 4 or 5 star ratings here. This Starbucks is quite literally right next to the US House of Representatives office a few steps east of this Starbucks. I've yet to have a negative experience here.
One thing I will note: This Starbucks IS small and there are few power outlets to charge your laptop from. Pretty much only the spots near the wall are. Despite having a "great long table" in the middle, it is devoid of power outlets underneath like I've seen at other Starbucks locations.
Thanks to store manager Rosa, Emily and the staff at this charming location on Birch Street. Efficient service, hospitality and cleanliness. Depending on time of visit could be busy/serene. Hi Gerard!
Rosa is the manager and wore a Reserve apron. Reserve location at downtown Disney (one of the OMG stores). Bakery offering and drink were commendable. Small yet they have clean restrooms and facilities.
Not a bromidic experience for dine in/take it to go. Brea Police Department and Brea Public Works were inveterate on the scene. Looking forward to posting post-review comments. Visit.
