Subway

I've been getting 2 grinders once...maybe twice a week for the last 2.5 months at the new loc. Everything was awesome. I went in just now and a young lady and man were working. The first thing I noticed upon entry was the young man's hair was coming out from under his hat. He started my order and was interrupted by the young lady regarding a text she received and then read to him twice (by the sounds it was from mgmt seeing how chores and what to do before closing was read out loud).....as she is reading she is playing with her ponytail over my grinder. Young man flustered finally gets back to me....as I look down the cases we're unappealing..items were mixed in others n stuff like tomatoes were rotted n slimy. Just saying but appeal and being attentive to customers goes a long way. Just tasted the sub and it went to garbage. Veggies tasted way past their prime

I got great service today at this subway. I ordered ahead because we were in a hurry and then was told online that it wouldn't be ready for almost 25 minutes. I called the store directly and they were nice enough to make the sandwich immediately and we were able to get in and out very quickly. That was much appreciated. The employees were knowledgeable, and pleasant and very accommodating. Nicely done!

The laid back crew at this Subway off I-91 builds a great sandwich. In a time when the messy sub is on the decline, it was nice to need an extra handful of napkins! The guys behind the counter stuck to the Subway script on the basics, but this is one of the few franchise locations where asking for extra pickles means you get EXTRA pickles. My sub was loaded with every topping I asked for and doused in vinegar and oil -- just the way I like it. It's nice to find a place where they still make them like they used to.
