Taco Bell

I went in there today and waited awhile for someone to take my order and I was finally told that I was supposed to use the kiosk behind me. I guess I was supposed to know that? I chose to pay in cash so I went back to the counter and waited again for someone to take my money. Cooks completely ignored me. Finally got my order after 15 minutes and it wasn't right. I had ordered steak fries and they had to make some. Every other customer I saw was also frustrated by the whole experience. If I had wanted to wait 20 minutes for tacos I would have went to an actual Mexican restaurant and had a margarita. Do better guys. On the positive side, the food was good.

I came to to get dinner. And wasn't given a receipt. I usually get points through my app. But I couldn't use app to get my free Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze!! Tell your young youth to close down and do what they were trained to do. I don't like do mobile app orders. So I wasn't able to get my points tonight. And it was only 2 people in line. The young youth was worried about playing and having fun instead of working.

I placed an online order and we waited in line 40 minutes for our food. There were only 5 cars in front of us. When we finally got our food there was part of our order missing. My husband had to get a guy working there to let him in because the inside was closed at 8:40 PM. There was no way we were waiting in that line again. The employees were not friendly. There was no apology for having to wait so long for our order or for leaving part of our order out. The girl that fixed our order just set the bag on the counter and didn’t say a word. There were only kids working there and we didn’t even see an adult there. This place is very unorganized and needs adult supervision.

Please update your hours if you’re not going to take orders after 9:30. I have tried 3 times now in the past two weeks and sat in a stagnant line for an hour! People inside are just playing around on their phones and hanging out in the dining room….Lying to delivery drivers saying they will bring it out and go back in to play. Horrible, horrible service! Just close the store if you’re not going to serve. These kids are getting paid to play.

Went there to order food before there 20 min before close. When no one answered on the drive thru, I went up to the window to see if there was some time of mistake. The person working said, “sorry sir, we are still taking orders.” Then I went around again thru the drive thru and no one answered again. Again I went yo the window, and there were 3 males ignoring us, when I was honking. And then one of the males had came up and said “sorry were closed,” and closed the drive thru window. If you can’t find employees, then close early and reflect the times online accordingly.
