Dairy Queen

Ordered through the drive thru because the lobby has been closed for the past year..... between placing my order and pulling around to pick it up their "system" went down and had "NO" way to accept any sort of payment. My order of 4 ice creams was sitting right there (and melting). After back and forth I was finally allowed to pay in cash as long as I had exact change. I only had enough exact change for 2, so the other 2 were trashed. Definely a lack of customer service or just caring in general. The rest of the staff was just excited to close early.

We went for an ice cream cake. The lobby is closed so we were forced to deal with it through the drive-through which was certainly NOT our choice. The employee taking care of us acted like we were a huge inconvenience asking for a cake and when we asked if we could have “Happy Birthday” written on it she actually sighed loudly so we said nevermind. Not a nice way to treat customers buying an overpriced $27 cake! I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The gainsville in okwood we always go to ...BUT THE LAST TIME WE WENT IT WAS RUN WITH A BUNCH OF YOUNG MEXICANS AND IT WAS FREAKIN NASTY AND DIRTY!! WOT GO BACK UNLESS THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENT OR CHANGE WORKERS!!!!! THE OWNER NEEDS TO DO A PERIODIC CHECK ON WHOES RUNNING THE PLACE SICKENING I WAS AFRAID TO EAT THEIR FOOD

This is the worst service I have experienced. My mom stopped by and got sundaes on the way home. I'm eating my Strawberry sundae 🍨 and find a hair. My mom calls and they said they would make another sundae. Or give us our money back. But wait we can't do that cause we don't have a receipt that they didn't give in the drive thru. During COVID-19 these restaurants are going down hill. Another restaurant off my list. Done with fast food.
