Country Mart

Country Mart's home delivery service is such a blessing. My daughter is currently alone, My empkoyment has taken me to the West Coast for 4 months. My daughter doesn't drive and she is learning disabled so Country Mart makes it possible for me to order e c everything she needs..thank you Country Mart

Customer service is horrible they will stand there in front of other customers and talk trash about people myself and another gentleman we looking at a shopping cart the store had put over 1000 small bottles of hand sanitizer and the sign said free so him and I both took 3 each. I make backpacks for the homeless in our area so these were a great thing to add to them. Then we were so rudely called greedy and that we were Disgusting. Hey Country Mart I brought all three bottles back to your store this morning and I will never shop in your store again. Note these have not sold in over a year so they put them out for FREE! Not free with sarcastic remarks from your staff next put one each please make it more clear so I'm not humiliated in your establishment.

In the last year I have been able to get consistently well made drinks from this starbucks location. I have noticed the new management and TWICE already I have had to return my drink for a new one, kindly remade by the one girl that’s been there the longest. The manager was less than welcoming and very unkind towards me. So sorry to see that this location has gone downhill. Extremely unprofessional, clothes dirty, hair everywhere, counters looked disgusting. I am no longer comfortable getting my drink that costs me almost $10 to be made in such an unsanitary and unkempt environment. I personally know people that this location has lost their business with because of how ridiculous we have been treated and the quality of drinks we are getting. Very sad.

I have come to the Starbucks here a few times and it is always the same girl behind the counter all by herself. I've come early in the morning and late in the afternoon, and it is always her there regardless of the time. She is obviously very pregnant and still doesn't seem to be getting any help. The other day, I was in there and she had gone over and taken a seat at the tables while there were no customers. A thin blonde lady, who I assume is a store manager, walked over to her and made her get back behind the counter. It made me so sad that the manager would treat her so poorly when she's obviously about to have a baby and is always there working so hard. They need to treat their emoloyees better.
