Jimmy John's

The staff was extremely unfriendly. One of the workers was on the phone. He was not being patient with the customer on the other line. For my order, I asked for mustard instead of mayo and the man said he only had packets. I said that would be fine. He then messed up my order and put mayo on my unwich instead of giving me mustard. It was very frustrating. Had be been kind and polite it wouldn’t have been as big a deal, but his customer service skills where terrible.

I will never order from here again. Over an hour wait for a sandwich that cost $10-$15! The restaurant is literally less than a mile from where I work. Delivery should not take over an hour! We all know work can get crazy and busy but let your customers know when they call to order!!! It is NOT freaky fast! So disappointing!

Amazing food but it's the best if you have the time to get it at the store! Don't bother with their fast delivery! Placed an order.. said it will take 30 minutes to deliver, it's been an hour so we decided to call and see when they are coming and they apologized and said it hasn't left the store yet... the driver is taking longer today. Wow!!!

Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I enjoy Jimmy John's. Before moving to Branson, I ate their sandwiches on a regular basis. HOWEVER... since moving to Branson and giving this particular Jimmy John's a chance I doubt I will ever order from them again. The first time I ordered it took 75 MINUTES for my sandwich to be delivered. I had to call THEM after the first 30 minutes to get an update on my order. The person on the phone was the least friendly person in the universe. They didn't even TRY to call me and let me know there was an issue. When I asked if I would be receiving a discount or free sandwich due to their SPEEDY GUARANTEE... I WAS TOLD NO!!! My order finally arrives with no comment from the driver, but a coupon for my next sandwich. So I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered my normal favorite on the phone app. Then had to call because the free sub was only available at a very inconvenient location, not the location I was actually driving past. At least the person at THAT location had decent customer service and even called me back to make sure everything worked out okay. I get to the inconvenient location to get my sandwich only to be told what I ordered isn't eligible for the free sub coupon. I LEFT WITHOUT ANYTHING AND I AM SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF!!! I get that its tough to find people to hire in the area, but when you have a national guarantee in a tourist area and you screw up, you need to do your best to keep customers happy.

Worst service ever. Called for a sandwich to be delivered to a construction site on a resort where I'm working and the drivers are apparently stupid and don't even look. Had to call 2 times to figure where my food was finally said screw this and ordered delivery from another place. Don't waist your time ordering form these idiots.

The workers here seemed a little lazy, all the tables and the floor were pretty dirty and instead of them wiping the tables off they gave rags to my grandparents to wipe them down themselves. I was visiting from out of town and was pretty disappointed at how unclean it seemed when I was there. The food was good but wish I would have gone somewhere else

These people are lazy and they're liars, which usually leads to this: theft ! For one, The food is not that good, at all! We called them at 9m, only to be told they were closed and .. not enough business (wonder why) so they were told they could close early and told us to call the other location at The Landing. This guy takes our address down, then our order, and because it wasn't for a bunch of people, decided that he was closed, too. Then, and this being the manager, starts lying to us and says the times listed on the Web are Eastern. Uh, no they're not! Nice way to run a business; *into the ground*. Think I'll be taking this to their corporate offices as well. Someone started this with good intentions, then infuriatingly accidentally hired a bunch of folks that do not respect other's dreams, rules, or Money. What a shame.
