We visited last summer and had the toughest fajita steak ever. The food lacked flavor sadly. This was pretty far from authentic Mexican cuisine as well. We won’t be going back. The cheese on my chicken fajitas was shredded and didn’t taste like anything. The chicken was possibly frozen too? It was all dry. Bleh.

This place is located on the strip of Branson across from the wax museum. The food was alright, but our service was pretty bad. My family of four arrived around 1:30 and was told it would be 45 minutes. My wife and I looked around and saw like 4-5 empty tables and we were the only ones waiting. My wife suggested we just wait because she didn't think it would actually be that long. Luckily she was right we got seated after about 10 minutes. The staff seemed very confused/new. Our hostess set us down then got our drink order. A moment later another gentleman walked up and asked for our drink order. We let him know it had already been taken care of. We received our drinks and she asked if we were ready to order and we were not. After about 15-20 minutes I had to ask another waiter where ours had went. Finally she arrived and took our order. It didn't take too long to get our food however. Our sons order had to be sent back twice and still wasn't correct. I do not think I will go back given all the food options close by.

There's not much else open in January, in Branson, so I ventured out to a new restaurant - Fajitas Locos. It's located on the strip right across from the wax museum. There's plenty of parking and I walked in and was seated immediately. Chips and salsa followed. The server left an empty bowl and a small carafe of salsa to pour from. Love this, so when I run out, I can pour more. Simply thinking ahead like this is good customer service. I ordered a premium margarita from their drink menu while I reviewed some of the unique menu options. Many times, I like to test a new Mexican Restaurant by ordering carne asade, but, at Fajitas Locos, the chile rellano stuffed burrito caught my eye. The server brought my drink and some water, and while I was placing my order, her child was tugging at her apron. She ignored the child, and tried to get in between so I could not see him. I didn't care since I was not bothered or disrupted in any way, so I just smiled. He was there, hanging out in the waiting area, on his digital device while she was working. #NoJudgement Tasted the margarita. I think it was made with store bought ingredients. I personally enjoy homemade margarita mix etc. Especially at a Mexican place! The food came and it was one of the largest burritos I've ever seen. What they did was take the chile rellano with rice, beans, salsa, and cheese, then, instead of putting it on a plate, they wrapped it in a huge burrito shell and smothered it with a light red sauce. Since I had some extra salsa left over in my carafe, I dumped it all over the guts of the burrito to add even more flavor. I love salsa. Food took 10-15 minutes to prepare and serve. Presentation was amazing. Taste was great. I could not eat it all and took about 1/3 of the remaining home to eat the next day. In one of my photos, I used a fork for reference on size. Spent $25 on dinner and an "okay" cocktail. Felt like I got a good deal. Everything tasted so good. Would go back and try some of there other unique menu options.

Place is now called flaming margaritas. Owner is very nice! Mexican food is different from what we are used to in Texas, so threw us off guard. Flautas needed to be crispier, street taco’s were actual regular sized tacos. Quesadillas were actually very good and cheesy, just the steak lacked a little flavor. Wait staff was new so still learning. Best part was the presentation, all the plates were presented very nicely!
