Denny's

First thing, we LOVE Denny's! When I walked in and the laminate was very slick, like they mopped with grease in the bucket. We were out waitress' only table when we sat down on a Sunday evening and yet it still took way too long to get our drink orders taken. When she came to take our order she didn't write anything down for a table of 7, and then had to come back and double check what everyone ordered, and got 6 of our orders right. The waitress was very nice when she interacted with us. The restaurant however was pretty dirty. My wife said the ladies restroom was even worse. We come to Branson at least once a year, but we won't visit this Denny's again, unfortunately. IHOP is just down the street. The food was good, even though they were out of buffalo sauce for the chicken and out of peanut butter so my picky 7 year old didn't eat.

Been sitting here for over 45 minutes to get a table for just the three of us and the host was rude, ignored my friend the server had two tables and when my friends daughter called and asked how long was the wait the host lied and said that there was no wait. If there is no wait then why the three of us is still waiting. Asked for a manager several times noone got the manager everyone seemed high off of something, just very disfuntional. Corporate needs to give this place a surprise visit seriously

They're pretty hit and miss. Some times the service is great and fast and the food is fine. Other times the sausage is pink and they have only one server working. Today had to order eggs over hard three times to keep them from being runny. I don't want to get sick right before my shift and that's what they're eggs do when they're runny. This isn't the first time I've been here over an hour. The server thinks cuz the eggs are runny he's not getting a too now and is straight refusing to give me my first and only wanted drink refill and no one is here to check us out.

Worst Denny's I have ever seen! We went there after spending all day at Silver dollar city and waited 30 minutes to get seated. We ordered 3 meals with pancakes and only one person got their pancakes. We had to ask the waitress several time before whe brought out the second of the three pancakes. The third meal never got pancakes until we we're about to leave. My wife asked for hash browns with her meal and had to ask again after meal showed up. When we got the bill it was had meals on it that we didn't order (probably why we didn't get the right food). When I explained it to the manager when we checked out she accused us of not asking for the right food. I felt dirty after leaving the establishment not what you would expect for a tourist town.

Guess it was a rough night, heard a lot of of employees talking about some incidents that happened earlier that night. Took about 30 min to get seated. But when I got seated the service got way better. My waitress was very attentive and helpful even though I could easily tell she was probably feeling the short staff and lots of tables. Food was good too and came out quickly.
