Taco Bell

The food was great, but I placed my order on the app to pickup in store. 10 minutes later, a notification says my food is ready, and I stood in front of the counter without any associate asking if I need any help. People who ordered in the restaurant who came in after me got their food before me. I stood for about 18 minutes past when the notification said my food was ready before someone finished it and brought it to me.

I live in Branford, CT but work in NY, so I see my share of Taco Bell's during the course of a week I must say that the one of my town ranks as one of the best. What's sad is that you have workers that are disgruntled because they are known to steal food and get COVID tests every week so that they can get out of work for a few days. Those kind of lies should never be tolerated. Honest reviews should be given on Google - from ACTUAL experience.

I was very upset and tried to talk to a manger or supervisor about it. No one would talk to me I was repeatedly hung up on. All I wanted was a crunch wrap and was told that the previous supervisor did not “defrost” the wraps in time...... on a Friday night. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or a general manager I was hung up on repeatedly. I asked for a contact for corporate so I can make a complaint and I was hung up on. They denied me contact towards their corporate office and that’s what upsets me the most and they hung up on me rudely and did not answer my calls. I will never get Taco Bell ever again and will share my rude experience with my friends. I work at a hospital and Taco Bell is one of the only places open late at night when I’m hungry after work and after I take care of people I just can’t believe that you would do this to me
