Pictured is a Frozen Chocolate which I ordered. (Its basically a frozen hot chocolate.) The drink I got tasted like frozen water with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. It was horrendous. When I ordered it, the person had no clue that was even on the menu. Never going to this Dunkin again.

The service is super fast in this branch of Dunkin’ Donut. The place is clean and cozy and there’s also this relaxing music with a calming effect playing on the background anytime I walk in here. Can be easily seen from vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also a wheelchair accessible restroom, wheelchair accessible parking and entrance for the differently abled and workers are very courteous and friendly.

Found something (think animal claw) floating in my coffee after making a low level complaint the other day.
Manager is also incompetent- does not care. Corporate pushes line of "none of these are ours". They should just be labeled an independent coffee house and held accountable.

My boyfriend got us 2 iced coffees that had sour milk in them, i tried calling the store to speak with a manager about a refund and nobody answered the 10 times I called. Disgusting how nobody there noticed the dairy gone bad.

My order is right 80% of the time. I placed an order which wasn't even close to being correct. I left work to drive all the way back to get it corrected and all I got from the kid working was complete attitude. Like your the one who has the right to have an attitude right now!

I order through the app but most times you have to wait in the drive through instead of going inside because the door is locked and you can't go inside

I went here and they didn't even stir my drink .. Before when, whats er' name .. Manzi ? .. She used to make my day, I don't see er' self anymore .. I'd say decent store here on west main .. And yeah.
