Arby's

Food here is good and the guy who often works the drive through is easy to understand and has a great voice. However Arby's who "has the meats" no longer carries ham? So maybe the slogan should be "We have SOME of the meats"? Food is good thought as all fast food places now days, it is fairly expensive. The restaurant has always been clean while we were there. Will probably come back but both my family and I loved the hot ham and cheese and will miss it.

This one specific visit, mind you I visit this location often, was a horrible experience. The shift leader Nick was ever so rude! I had my sandwich (wrap) the same way I get it often and the cheese sauce was all over the outside of my wrap. I asked for it to be remade and he said I won't promise it will be any different. Continuing to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong they remade the sandwich which he then decided to throw on the counter in front of me instead of hanging it to me. I will definitely be calling the manager in the morning!

We went through the drive thru and ordered sliders. I ordered my buffalo chicken slider with no bun and was disappointed. The first issue was that we had to ask for silverware and my second issue was that it was just set in a paper cup. The napkins that were thrown in soaked up some of the sauce. I always order my slider this way and the results vary dramatically. Our other sliders were done right and there was not a long wait.

Stopped in for great food and also received super service. A gentlemen at front counter (Ron) was very helpful, polite, and professional. I truly appreciated his customer service and friendly attitude. Super clean and great place. I would rate a 10 star if was allowed! Thanks again for being a great place with great food and service.
