The wait for a stroll down memory lane 🛣️ This was just like I had imagined it from years back! A little soggy on some of the bottom breads, but I'll let that slide this time 😋🤣👍👌☺️ Welcoming at the drive thru when ordering and at the window. Delicious sweet tea! Hot fresh fries!!!

We wanted to sit down. The lobby was open but when we went inside she told us we couldn't eat in there. The smell was atrocious. It wasn't clean. They had family members in there just sitting around. Went through the drive through.....got the wrong food. It was just a horrible experience. Should've just left after we couldn't sit down but my bf was tired and we didn't want to make anymore stops. 😪

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get food from this Krystal and had to leave because they’re glacially slow. After waiting 20 minutes and 2 cars receiving their food I gave up. Terribly run company and location. Also, they deserve a 1 star just for getting rid of their corn pups. Best anywhere.

The fries was cooked in dirty grease, the bread crumbled everytime I picked my sandwiches up to eat them. My chicken sandwiches were cold. And the drive thru wait was extremely long and it was only 3 cars ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes total.

I visited my first Krystal 4 years ago excellent sliders. The last 3 times not so good and the fries were awful old grease. Didn't seem to be customer friendly

The lobby wasn't open because the roof leaking but it wasn't raining. The parking lot has holes all in it. The service at the drive through was good.

The inside was disgusting. The bathrooms need to be renovated and deep cleaned. The staff was pleasant and worked quickly. The food wasn’t the best, but it was edible.
