Quick easy place to get what you want You can run in-and-out in a Jeff. The 2 ladies behind the counter are amazing the old man I need some customer service help. He's just a little bit grumpy. He doesn't like to bring up the keypad for you to put in your phone number to get your discount.

Ms. Vivian was extremely rude, tried to bits in the bathroom, and harassed me and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers saying I took too long in the restroom. Before I even went in there was no tissue and the floor was a mess but I have a health condition so I couldn’t just wait in no way shape or form what she professional. Did not give me a supervisor name even proceeded to cover her name take and threaten me with the police. Most unacceptable customer service I have ever had. I haven’t been back since this incident and I spoke to corporate. I’m making this review so people know that they have a manager acting this way. Extremely disappointed.

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ON 1.7.2021 WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEITHER ONE OF THEM SPOKE OR SAID THNK YOU IN THE END. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MORE OF MY MONEY IN THIS STORE AGAIN. ALL OF THE SLURPEE MIXES WERE NOT DONE, AND IT WAS EARLY SO I KNOW THAT THEY COULDNT OF RAN OUT THAT FAST.

Horrible service. Prices are marked wrong. They will not honor a price that is clearly on their shelf. The product says one thing and they charge you an outrageous amount at the register. Needless to say I won’t be back. Update: I decided to give this 7-11 another try. And yea not one thing has changed. Always out of large lids for the styrofoam cups. I’m even surprised there was any styrofoam cups. I asked the young man behind the counter if there was any and he just looked at me not saying anything at all it was creepy.
Update: why does corporate 7-11 continue to let whoever owns this store stay open? It sucks that it’s the closest one to my house..this store needs help

Always trying to overcharge. An item was listed at $6.99. It rang up as $9.99 on the screen labeled "groc tax". The clerk tried to say it was because of sales tax but 6.99 x 1.075 (sales tax in Hillsborough county Florida) isn't $9.99. From using this store. I highly recommended staying away from this location.

Was having car troubles asked for water for radiator. Bathroom spout would not fit container. The person at register was standing right by sink and told me "we don't do that here"

Poor service!!!... last sunday (9/feb/2020)
i try to load my account with the pay near me service, and the cashier refuse to bring me the service beacuse his "new" and he dont know how to do it.... He was rude and told me i have to come after 2pm when the other employee arrive... Wrong attitude and negative with the customer. This happened Sunday Feb 9 2020 around 10:30 am... 7 eleven should train correctly his employees, to avoid this kind of situation, when the employee refuse to bring the service, because the are not well train to bring the service... Thanks and fix that 7 eleven!!!!!

I've seen the downfall of 7-11. When you go in at 5:30am and the only coffee is one kind and it's not even lukewarm.
