Doesn't even deserve a star. I normally love this restaurant but normally go to another location worst service ever went there They messed my order up then I still had to keep it plus pay for my actual order so instead of 3 meals I paid for 6 which the other 3 got tossed what a waste and horrible customer service.

Service is fast, options are diverse, flavor is good enough, price is high.
There are better tasting and more affordable Cheesesteak options, just not inside the mall. But across the street there's Jersey Mike's and a few blocks away is a Westshore Pizza.
There are also better meal options in the mall, like Sarku or Perry BBQ.
I was really looking forward to Charlie's Cheesesteak, but it isn't as good as I hoped, especially for the price.

This place was ok. The girl at the register was super friendly. I particularly didn't care much for the sandwich but the fries were good. The cost was a bit much when I could have gone to the one just a cpl of doors up and had same food, same price that I was told was better. I was trying to save money and time. Silly me... but the girl was really sweet and friendly and again, the fries were good.

I think they make their own ranch and it’s not good, which made my California chicken sub bland. They don’t have seasoning for some reason(for the fries) so those were also bland. It was a bland meal! Very disappointed. Also, they don’t have their ranch in the fridge which is gross!

Have gone to this establishment a couple of times already and sandwiches seem to be good. For some odd reason, however every time I go there are never any samples being given out. In addition to that, the buy 7, get 1 free punch card is not offered either. Considering the amount of times I have gone, I would have basically had a free sandwich.

Just ordered cheese fries. Should have checked before we left smh. Went home opened it there was pretty much noooo type of cheese on the “loaded cheese fries”. I am thoroughly upset. Waste of $3.80 for these fries worth only a dollar. We had to put our own cheese and melt it on top to make it decent. First time going there. Definitely won’t return. Yuck.

I was just at the brandon mall location the food is great but the woman at the register I guess her name is agustin ruined my whole experience, she is taking the orders like she’s forced to do her job!
And they charge 2$ and 1$ for a refill like what!!!
