Since I was a child I was obsessed with the chili mac and it has really gotten so pitiful. I've tried 3 locations in the last month, this one and two in Tampa, and I have to say I just can't eat there any more. The last order from this store came with almost a full fork full of chili/meat. The order with it for 3$ extra meat and sauce was two fork fulls. I can remember when the meal looked just like the menu on a large plate full of spaghetti. This is what I got and both meals were cold and I combined both into one container. Below is what it looks like in the ad vs what I got without adding the extra meat. Yall got to do better. It was a great dish. Charge more if ya have to, but bring it back.

Burgers are always hot and fresh. Staff wear masks and gloves and are the friendliest in Brandon! Not a fan of the shakes but the burgers, fries and staff are five star!!

Really nice food, very tasty, but sometimes the workers are lifeless and dull. I don't blame them. But they also forget burgers or specific orders sometimes.

I love steak ‘n Shake but I wasn’t impressed with this visit I did a mobile order in the car in the parking lot took my time so when I went inside to get seated my food should be ready soon I sat in the dining room for about 15 minutes and I was like I did a mobile order they had a bagged up like I was going to do a drive-through so it wasn’t fresh but I was hungry so I ate it and left came in for my birthday shake that was good

Came in at around 11:30 because i was hungry and needed a quick late bite. was definitely quick!! the frisco melt was fresh and exactly what i needed. even though i came in so close to closing i was still treated so well.

No wait staff; only ordering kiosks. Worked out fine for us. Food prepared properly and served at the right temperature. Friendly staff.

Now it's kiosk ordering instead of waiters and waitresses. That's ok. Food was GOOD & she made a mistake and gave me an extra order of fries, no charge!
