Here is a shout out to Manny at Holy Hog BBQ. We recently made our second visit to your restaurant and I have to say the second time was better than the first. I love the smoke flavor and seasoning you put in the meat. Your baked beans, fries, coleslaw and collards awesome too. We will be back since my goal is to try everything on your menu. So far I’ve only had the ribs and brisket. They both tasted great and I can’t wait to try the sausage and chicken. Only advise is, get some help so you can get a break every now and then. Thanks, keep up the great bbqing.

A friend referred me here and I was not disappointed! Got the “Hog Wild Sampler” with awesome loaded potato salad, delicious jalapeño Mac-n cheese, baked beans, and fries. The chicken, ribs, pulled pork and sausage was very juicy and delicious! We will definitely return.

Ordered the Hog Wild Sampler with the 4 meats and 4 sides for $24.99. The 4 meats included in the sampler are chicken breast with wing portion, ribs, pulled pork and sausage. For the sides we chose the loaded potato salad, jalapeño Mac and cheese, baked beans and fries. The smoked meats were tasty and tender and even the chicken breast was juicy and not dry like it can be at some smoked bbq places. The loaded potato salad was pretty good and made with sour cream, mayo, shredded cheese and bacon bits. The jalapeño mac & cheese was all right but did have a little kick to it with the jalapeños. The baked beans were pretty standard and the fries were a generous portion. Overall a good experience with the tasty food and the staff was very friendly. Giving 5 stars because they do offer military discount.

So good. I had the 2 meat plate twice now. First time i had sausage and ribs next time I had brisket and ribs. Meats are super tender. I like how they have 3 different sauces on the table you can try it on. Love the jalapeno mac and cheese too. Def going to try it again.

So I ordered through Uber eats and upon recovering the order I realized it was wrong. I ordered Cole slaw and potato salad? Now the mac and cheese was above average and the beans had OK flavor. But they were so dry and smashed together I though they were refried beans. Very disappointed they couldn't get the sides right and since it was a delivery I couldn't do anything. Now onto the brisket. This has to be the WORST brisket I've ever had ghr displeasure of trying to eat. You can see the portion size was great. Unfortunately 4 of the 6 large peices were over 50% fat. This wouldn't have been a huge problem for me as I normally love cuts from the point vs the leaner flat. But this brisket needed at least another couple hours on the smoker. None of the fat or connective tissue was properly rendered. Some people do the pull test for brisket, I could have used this stuff as rope, there was no way you're pulling jt apart. For peices obviously from the point, I've also never seen them so dry. Also do you even use a rub? Their was little to no bark and it added nothing to the 2 peices I choked down since I spent $20 on it. It's pretty obvious whoever is running your smoker has no idea what he's doing when it comes to brisket, leaving such a huge fat cap on it, barely having any rub at all and it being woefully undercooked

It’s good especially for central Florida. Portions are good sized and lots of options for sides. We had ribs (St. Louis style), pulled pork and burnt ends (KC style). Pulled pork texture was great, good tug on ribs and the burnt ends were tender, yet still that good burnt end chew. Only complaint is the smoke flavor is very mild and they need a good beef and/or pork rub to compliment the meat. Will definitely come back; their sauce is excellent as well.

Food was okay and fresh but I have never paid 8.50 for a basic bbq pork sandwich in all of my life! The special was a good deal, same sandwich, side and drink for .50 more. Will be the first and last time. I ordered over the phone it was raining, my mistake.
