Went for my first time back since covid hit. I've gotten a lot of promotional emails over the last couple years about how their prices have gone down. I showed up and the buffet and drink cost $10. That's more than I've ever paid for food there. Soda fountain was down and they were buying 2 liters from a nearby store. They ran out quick and soon after I got there they ran out of clean plates. I can't believe they were charging full price for that. They had a Sunday rush right as I was leaving that they were woefully unprepared for. Food was much worse than I remember. They need to get their act together. I don't know how they've stayed open.

The bathrooms could use better cleaning. The pizzas are delicious, they have a lot of variety. The workers and managers are somewhat friendly, felt ignored at first, but reapectful and friendly once someone did come to the counter. Overall, if they work on the cleanliness of the bathrooms, it can be a good experience.

The owner was very rude. Very poor service. She watched my family the entire time we were at the establishment. I have a large family and we spent quite a bit of my money and did not appreciate the passive harassment.
NEVER PATRON THIS RESTAURANT. Below is the owner and rude staff member. I would rate a Absolute 0 if possible.

Nice location but I wish the games were better/worked. A couple of them didn't work or had pieces on the inside literally falling down so you couldn't play it (crane machines). But the food was good and it has plenty of tables.

People were cool but the food was nasty. My favorite pizza from them is the BBQ but the sauce was not good. The chicken one was ok but the pork was terrible. I went to the one in Orlando last month and it was delicious. This place did not deliver

Disgusting, found hairs on the cheesey bread and found hairs under the pepperoni in my pizza. When they left the kitchen door open their was stacks of cheese just placed on the floor. The bathroom smelled like garbage. I asked for a refund and the manager was extremely rude. I try speaking Spanish to her but said she did not speak Spanish after i heard her speaking Spanish lol i speak perfectly good English but still just poor customer service in general.

The staff were very nice, food was cold. I wasnt ok with them putting up food and cleaning up for close at 9p when we are eating, putting chairs upside down on tables all around us. They dont close until 10 AND I witnessed an employee at the buffet was cleaning the machines begind counter, walked over by buffet and put a bite of food in his mouth from it while still working. I was totally irked by that. Yuck.
