I went to get a cup of coffee at 4:15 because they are supposed to open at 4:00, but today they decided to open at 5:00 because they had two employees working. There were no other customers in sight. I waited at the drive-thru with no communication; I went to the door and was ignored for five minutes. Finally an employee came to the locked door and said, “ we are opening at 5:00 today; come back then”. I’m not going back.

I go here almost every morning for the past month. I show up around 5-10 mins after they open. They never have any cold coffee ready when I get there. They have donuts and hot coffee ready when I show up but never cold. It's rather annoying.

The female on the intercom wasn’t friendly and rushed me, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something l. After that I ordered 3 has browns, and two chocolate croissants with a breakfast sandwich. Everything was burnt and I was missing a croissant. I will not go here again.

Fresh donuts every morning. Quick and efficient in the mornings m-f. The line can be out into the street and with in 10 minutes you are in and out. I wish they were a bit friendlier in the mornings but I understand they are super busy and just don't have time.

I come to this dunkin everyday and I mean EVERYDAY. The staff here is awesome and always so polite. My order is always correct and so good, I wish I knew everyone’s names specifically but I always come to this dunkin location and have never had a bad experience

The customer service is horrible, they never have donuts to choose from. Today I got a dozen donuts and 3 coffees the coffee was old tasted horrible I wanted to go back and tell them but I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t drink my coffee

I wrote a review from my account and this is my wife's account and I cannot stress enough how fantastic this Dunkin location is. The staff here is unbelievable. This location runs circles around the others with customer service. The manager's Cristal and Sabrina are so kind and so caring towards me and my family every time I'm in there. I've named dropped several others in my other review but these two need recognition as well! Happy New Year guys.
