Dakota was the absolute sweetest and most helpful worker I have ever met. I gave them all a great tip, she needs a raise. I know it’s not easy making 6 drinks sometimes in a rush. thank you!

My friend and I met at this Starbucks before seeing a film. My god they don’t pick up their trash. Trash was everywhere. Their speakers were messed up, so why play music? Well at least the chai latte was good.

Their Wi-Fi been out of work for more than a week. I asked a barista about it, she responded “ I don’t know if we even told them that Wi-Fi doesn’t work.” I guess that’s their way of not having a regular costumer.

On March 30 2022 at around 7:30 ish am just came here it was my first time ordering on the app and didn’t know you had to tell the barista your order through the speaker so I went straight to the window and was given attitude by white girl with glasses for not mentioning order at the speaker instead of telling me nicely since it was my first time then procceeed to tell me have a nice day in a sarcastic way . On top of that I picked it up as soon as I placed my order and my food was ice cold

Worst customer service i did a mobile order when I went to get it inside the doors were locked there was a sign on the door saying to use drive thru but I was in a truck that did not fit through it I tried knocking on the door and I was ignored I had to literally walk through drive thru to get my order (very unsafe) and at the window they told me they were sorry and I should have knocked on the door
