Bought a shrimp bowl the bowl barely had shrimp. I requested to PAY for extra shrimp a worker took my card after giving me a price of about four dollars and said they can not sell me extra shrimp as a side. I
said well can I order a shrimp taco I'll just take them off of it. The manager then attempted to sell me a taco at full price when the menu states add a taco to any entree for $3.39. I had an entree but it was conveniently not included in that promo the menu just doesn't state that. I ended up just paying for a side of blackened chicken to add to my bowl so I wouldn't just be eating a $12 bowl of rice. Which by the way the manager in front of me couldn't even tell me the cost of that. How are you a manager that doesn't know your prices.. She had to go check....smh. also when it came out it was very dry, flavorless, and definitelynot a blacked chicken. The queso tasted like cheap melted sandwich cheese my fiancée order a beef burrito the meat was flavorless. Any other flats I ever went to has seasoned chips theirs did not. The manager blamed everything on her corporate. If I hadn't eaten at other flats I would cross the entire chain off but I know it was just this one and I will never return. Horrible experience.

The staff were very attentive and my food was out quickly. I definitely appreciate the hospitality that the staff brought by checking in on the customers for refills. The cost was a bit expensive but the portions are sized to that cost. I will definitely be back as this was my first time eating here.

Had a great experience here today. Staff was super friendly, my food came out quickly and was hot. Employees were walking around serving guests and getting refills. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a Tijuana flats!

The amount of chicken that was in my son's meal was unimpressing. Liam did enjoy his meal he just needed more chicken. The nachos were spicy and not that great. Both boys agreed the chip's taste gross. My Burrito was not that flavorful it had a lot of hot sauce in one spot and that was it. I did not care for the hot sauce. This sauce it seemed like it was trying to scorch my tongue but it had no real taste to it. I liked the stake in my Burrito 🌯 .

The food was alright in general. The steak burrito was a little skimpy with not much filling, but the tacos exceeded my expectations. A handful of chips come with the meal, but salsa or any other dip is sold separately. Unique decorating choices inside - not in a bad way though!

Great food. I watched the quality control (the one checking the food at window from kitchen) run it beautifully! I wish I would have gotten her name. I can tell she is a great worker and cares about her job.
