Outback Steakhouse

First we requested to sit outside and the host said follow me. And sat us inside and stated this will be warm enough. Then the server was not good at all. He never asked if we needed anything to drink after we finished our drinks and never offered to get more bread. My niece ordered the same appetizer as me he asked you want more wings. She said yes and he walked off. I told her I ordered wings already which is why he was asking. So she apologized to him and requested ribs. He was so mad. He said I asked you and walked away. I tip big but he wasn't getting it. He was rude not attentive at all. And the ppl behind me had a kid that was pulling my hair and kicking the seat. I choose not to order my meal and went to another restaurant for a meal. I will not be returning for a long time. Bad service will turn me off quickly. They control your food. Which is why I never complain about it then. No management ever came by to ask about our experience. Yeah I won't be back. For the cook, the ribs and wings were very good.

This outback experience was by far one of the best I've ever had ! From start to finish everyone who worked there was so professional and polite. They even opened the door for us. We were sat down immediately, which was very nice. Our waitress greeted us, and was ready to get the ball in motion, she was very sweet and helped us throughout the whole experience. We ordered the Mac and cheese bites for an appetizer, they were very good, especially with outbacks unbeatable ranch. I love their bread, and practically scoop the butter out on the warm and delicious loaf. Me and my husband both ordered steaks, I got the 12 oz ribeye, and he got the 8 oz sirloin with their new ribs on the side. I by far prefer the ribeye, bc the fat just melts in your mouth like butter and it just adds so much flavor to it. The steaks both had a beautiful outer crust, but perfectly cooked on the inside. I got the creamed spinach as a side, it was good, but I normally don't really like spinach and I ate almost all of it. Along with my side salad which I covered in ranch lol. The server was so sweet, I can't say enough good things about her, unfortunately I'm not good with names so I can't remember. But her and the guy who brought our food to the table were fabulous 😍 thanks for a wonderful afternoon guys ! Keep up the great work and thank the kitchen for us ☺️

Im always very honest about my reviews.. so here is my review for outback: We went in to have a good meal after school today and what we got was terrible food!!! First we ordered the blooming onion which was super greasy and just not good at all, even the sauce tasted bad. Then we got our plates my husband and i got the breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and salad but my salad was old and tasted bad. I tried the chicken and it also tasted bad kinda like the blooming onion i think they were fried in the same oil and just tasted bad. My husband tried his too and didnt like it either. I tried taking the bread coating off my chicken but that didnt help with the taste. My son had the chicken tenders and said they tasted bad and refused to eat any of the chicken and only ate the fries. Overall a terrible experience and i would not return here ever. It feels like $70 right in the trash. Our server saw we had so much food left over and asked if we wanted to go plates and we said No and she seemed shocked. Thats how bad the food was we didnt even want to take it home. My son just ate fries, my husband had like 4 bites, and i ate the most trying not to waste,but was so bad i just couldnt eat it. Will never return. We went out to eat somewhere else after.

at this outback: I highly do not recommend this place. The waitress was upset that my friend's steak was raw and when she he asked her to take it back and get her a well done she said she had to go ask so she brought along her manager who and interrogated antagonized my friend check his whole plate and brought him out another plate and stood within inches of him asking him to cut his steak. When he did it was bloody and my friend being kind gave the manager or not and the manager walked off with the waitress. My asparagus was very burnt, not as bad as my friends situation. Staff has always been short with us and quick. We are not nasty or upset people in fact we come off as sweet maybe that's why we weren't treated like guests? Water was all over the table and the third time the waitress came to the table I told her that my sleeve got soaked. She shoved your shoulders and said oh well at least it's water and just ran off without even a word. I do not ever want to go back there and if I have my choice will not go back there again. I spent at least $100 in food and was not satisfied in the least. That was with two entrees one appetizer a water and tea. Not at all what I expected out of $100.

Had lunch in a group of four here on Monday, February 21 and had an outstanding experience. Food was hot and could tell that it was prepared fresh. Bread was warm, soups were hot, salads were crisp and meat was juicy and tasty. Our server, Lee, was fantastic and he accommodated our requests plus our request to get food quick since we were in a time crunch. Would definitely return again when in the area and looking for a sit-down restaurant to visit.

I have been a few tines. This time I went for the unlimited lunch soup & salad. I added a lunch portion prime rib sandwich. I wouldn't recommend the prime rib sandwich only because of its price to value ratio and it's very messy. But it was a very tasty sandwich for sure. The soup and salad was great, refills were fairly quick, and I would get it again. That new Tasmanian chili was awesome. I generally stick to the dinner steaks when I come here.

Ordered from this restaurant for takeout last night. Although this restaurant is Australian themed, they do not serve Australian food. Took a while for our food to be delivered to us. For years, I have always been impressed by the food. The steak was at the right hardness level; not too hard that someone can choke on it. Had a nice seasoning on it, too. I am also impressed by the Mac & Cheese. Had some nice seasoning. Both had a little, pleasant kick to them. Will definitely come here again.
