This restaurant by far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and food expectations. Bailey was our waitress and was an exceptional example of a what exceptional customer service should be. She was knowledgeable and always on top of our needs. Never had to ask once for our drinks to be filled or ask for additional services. She always was attentive. The rest of the staff were exceptional as well. The waiters would place the food into the kitchen and immediately after we would receive our order. All the foods are professionally prepped and present exceptional presentation. They make you feel like your eating right off the beach. We are also a military family and they provided us with an amazing military discount as well. We definitely recommend this place to all family and friends!

Was not my best experience. My shrimp in my pasta had shells on it. My partners meal has mushrooms, though we requested non. Will give them another chance but the other two locations have been better. Our waitress was great though.

Went to Shells for my 64th birthday😃Had the seafood pasta… it should be called, Seafood Delight! It was packed full of seafood and was delicious. If I didn’t know better I would have thought the sauce was made with butter, but it’s not. So rich and buttery tasting and silky smooth.
Our waitress was so sweet and thoughtful by putting a “Happy Birthday” message on my dessert❤️Fabulous! Thank you.
This is our favorite place to eat.

Food and service was delightful. The crabcakes were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the fish could've used a little more season and the linguini was very salty. Our waiter (Ronnie) was fantastic and I loved the way all of the wait staff work together to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Although there were a couple of misses, we will be back to try it again.

Wow! Living in the Midwest I don't get seafood this fresh and Shells doesn't disappoint! Our server Bailey, is friendly and personable. She showed true interest in us and helped us navigate the menu to pick the best dishes for us. I asked what she would order and she recommended: Fresh Mahi Mahi Felix topped with jumbo lump crabmeat and roasted red peppers in a lobster cream sauce. Served with seasoned rice over vegetable medley. (Pictured) I
was not disappointed, I am still so full an hour after eating while writing this. Thank you Bailey, perfect choice! I think this should be called "The Bailey Special" My wife got the Baby Lobster Pasta, Succulent baby lobster tails tossed with linguine in lobster cream sauce. She was blown away and the sauce could be a soup! Our son "ubered" us so we could enjoy the bar, we started off with a Mojito (wife) (which the bartender didn't know how to make but got it pretty close) I got the house margarita with a sugar rim, very good. We then switched gears to an Island Breeze (AMAZING! Light and refreshing like the name suggests and my drink the Rum Punch was true to its name too as it felt like I got punched in the face rum, not a bad thing! Atmosphere is light and approximately themed, everything looked and smelled clean. We don't live here, but if we return we will be back! Great place the delicious food was our first time and our experts surpassed the excellent service Kaitlyn attended us, she was incredible friendly and above all knows and knows the menu explains what he takes likes what he does with a big smile and a unique kindness I definitely recommend this place.

Holy cow, this was such a GREAT experience! Everything we had was just absolutely DELICIOUS! We had the crab cakes, lobster bisque, Salmon Felix, the Big Easy, and the key lime pie and can't recommend them all more. All the seafood was meaty and fork tender and hands down the BEST seafood we've ever had. We had the pleasure of having Adrian as our server and can't wait to eat with him again. He had great recommendations, was attentive, and was a great server! We'll be telling everyone to try this restaurant and to eat with Adrian!
