Waited 45 minutes for one sandwich after double checking they rang it in and got the order and the workers were incredibly disrespectful and did not even apologize for making us wait 45 minutes for a sandwich that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Terrible customer service I will not be returning. Also should say gave them a 10$ tip when ordering!!!

I love the batista at Caribou East Brainerd Mall because they're so friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind. The coffee ALWAYS is fresh, and the special drinks are fun and made with love.
This Caribou has a nice variety of snack and beverage options.
I love to write on their chalk board too.

I typically go to the caribou closer to my workplace but this one had different food options than that one. The staff were fun and upbeat, good and drink were ready promptly and it's a nice atmosphere. Will probably stop here more often. They also seem to have a better stock of cups and merch for sale than the other 2 in town.

Love the order-ahead option. It is nice to be able to see all possible add-ins and substitutions -some of which I didn't even know were options before (i.e. add malt powder). Also, the staff is always very quick and competent.
