I just came from this 7 11. I stop in there often, never really had a complaint, and almost all reviews I do are positive, as I try not to waste my time on negative, unless deserved.
I am not a poor person, but seeing that sign on counter saying no coin change, I realized that with already high prices, they have found a way to screw people more. I noticed the sign in there last time I was there, but paid with debit card, so didn't think much about it, because my purchase was over 20 bucks, and I used a card. Today, purchas was 7.57, or something like that. I handed the guy 7 bucks, and said since no coin change, it should be in favor of customer, and remarked, that's a neat trick yall got going.
I then pulled two quarters and a dime out, gave it to him and left.
All I gotta do is see that sign one more time, and I'll never go back.
I couldn't care less about peanuts, but some cannot afford the rip off.

I really wouldn't give this place any stars I was a great paying customer and haven't been here in a while. My little girl had to go use the restroom and the black African American Employee there refused my three-year-old daughter. Just pathetic!

The scum of 7-Eleven's in the city. Staff would rather talk to homeless than assist you including checking out. The back (side) door is always open. Homeless enter and leave here all the time and insects buzz around. The Health Inspector and Fire Marshall need to be called. Thank you

I live half a block from this store, never had any problems before this past Monday, 20 Sep 2021 around noon time.
I went to cash a scratch off $5.00 ticket, the man working behind the counter is not a very honest person. I knew how much I won, he said you get $65.00, I said no, it is $75.00, he got nervous he started pushing buttons on the lottery machine, I asked him get the tickets you threw away and you will see, he refused and kept playing with the lottery machine, then he said, oh, ok yes you get $75.00..... I would keep an eye on this guy, just because am old but not stupid. You may be loosing money out the drawer, ALERT FOR THE STORE, BECAREFUL....

The older guy who works nights is so rude i go there mostly everynight all your other employees have kind respectful service but him no matter how nice your trying to be to him his costumers service is beyond poor . i myself have been and still is for over 15 years dont understand how rude he could be. He needs to leave his problems at home before he enters that door he makes life feel so horrible by his dreamer and unwelcoming service

The night shift staff is terrible. The older man with almost no hair is as mean and rude as he could be. I had my brother put back a bag of chips and he didnt hear him and when he walked away to put the chips on the shelf ( instead of making the clerk do it ) and the clerk said he had an attitude refused to sell us the rest of our purchase and made us leave the store. I can't believe a store that has happy nice friendly employees during the day could employ such a embarrassment to their name at night.

I live close to this gas station and shop and go there pretty much every day. There was a change over the past years and it was not for the better. But speaking only of today. I got gas first. Lot looks clean, dispensers are good and for the second time in a row the receipt actually came out. That did not happen 2 times in a row for 4 years. Most of the time number 3 did not print anything. Then went in for some shopping. Store looked fine and clean, well stocked. Employees look ok but do not smile often and do not have many words other then may I help you and have a great day. But they are not unfriendly. Got coke and some cookies. Both are fresh, tasted good. There is room for improvement and I will post different reviews over the next few weeks, just to get an overall impression. It is close to where we live and I like the station and the store and will continue to go there. It is our neighborhood place and even though, the owners never made an attempt to support local business, I prefer to do so. Check it out.

I came to this location at 10:40pm at night to do a consumer audit and asked a question about Blu e-cigs. The gentleman behind the counter became extremely rude and demanded I get out of his store. He also used profanity and it was done in front of other customers. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a 7-Eleven. The gentleman had no customer service skills whatsoever.
