When you're closed you should really say closed or turn the menu off or the sign off or something to show that you're closed instead of letting someone just sit and set and s e t and ask you if you're open or closed with no response. Then you drive by the window and there's people in there that are just ignoring you

Always been a Taco Bell fan. Only one in family that is a fan of Taco Bell but as long as I can add some Jalapeno peppers to my meals it works for me.

It always seems dark inside.... Need brighter lights around store.
But they are quick... Don't understand why the prices are so high now. Overall, happy with this location and the food and employees. They are quick! Parking is odd. But Drive Thru is seamless.

I don't normally leave reviews of fast food restaurants, but today I visited the Manatee Ave W location to pick up lunch.
I have to say the staff member who took my order was probably the most polite and enthusiastic person I have met for a long time anywhere. He really looked like he was enjoying his job. I didn't get his name unfortunately.
And the food was well prepared and very hot. So full marks all around guys.

I called about a question with my order through Door Dash and spoke to the manager, James. He is the nicest manager I have ever spoken with at a Taco Bell! James was so helpful, had a wonderful speaking voice, and helped me so easily. He even said he’d send a diet coke on the order because I forgot to order it! Excellent.
