Great experience! Highly recommend them! We are here tonight as a party of three people. Had the shrimp and vegetarian spring rolls - they were large and delicious. Homemade dipping sauces prepared in house. Vegetarian (fried tofu) pad wootsen was delicious. Pumpkin curry was a wonderfully tasty surprise. The pumpkin wasn’t mushy. Pad Thai shrimp was so well seasoned - hard to do right. Crispy pork belly with bamboo shoots was amazing. All of this with great service from the owner May. What a place! Will return

I found this place by accident when I was in the shopping center for something else and I am so glad I found it. I am hesitant about some Thai food in the area, but this place is amazing. We ate inside, and it is cute and quaint with good service. The food is so good!!! We started with Satay and Chicken Fried Wontons, both were delicious. I had a Green Curry Chicken with Rice and my husband had something I can't pronounce by it was a yellow curry with noodles, both were equally amazing. We finished with the mango-sticky rice, which shouldn't be missed no matter how full you are. I told our waitress how good the food was and she sent the over to our table so I could tell her myself and she is so sweet! She is a true chef, not only is everything made from scratch but her presentation is beautiful. This is the best secret in Bradenton. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back. My new favorite restaurant. A+++ Chef.

Easy to see why Siam Bistro was voted a Best of Bradenton People’s Choice winner. Started with the cold Thai Tea which has a deep creamy flavor. Ordered the lunch Massaman Curry with scallops. I was surprised to be served a vegetable soup and egg roll. I consider the homework of a good Thai restaurant to be fresh vegetables and was not disappointed here. The soup was light and fresh. The eggroll was hot, excellently crispy with a sweet dipping sauce. The curry scallops were tender accompanied by large, tender vegetables with a velvety sauce. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff here are some really nice people, they treat you like family not a customer. The Food is some of the best. If you are looking for FRESH food that tastes GREAT you are at the right place. This is one of the few restaurants that I go into and try something new every time, and I am never disappointed! Tonight I had chicken stirfry with mixed vegetables with Thai tea to drink. The Thai tea is deliciously sweet!

After eating lunch here for 3 days in a row, I figured it was time to leave a review. I had a different dish each day and was extremely happy with each one. The Garlic Stir Fry, Pad Thai, and Yellow Curry were all amazing. I asked for 2 of the 3 meals to be hot instead of medium and it wasn't too spicy for me, but you could definitely tell the heat was there. It's more of a slow burn than a sudden fire in your mouth. Before each meal, I was served a different bowl of soup with a small spring roll and some sauce. Every soup was delicious and the spring roll was consistently fresh and crispy. I've had a lot of spring rolls that have tasted freezer burnt or old, but I don't expect I'll ever have a bad one from here. The service is fantastic, everybody in the building is pleasant and hospitable and you're never left for too long, whether you're sitting down and finding what to order or if you're about to be on your way out. I'm looking forward to having more meals from here.

My first time coming to Siam Thai will definitely not be the last. Their lunch specials include an eggroll and a cup of soup (of the day) but I substituted for the tom yum soup. Very easy to sub in tofu for many items on the menu, a vegetarian's delight! I had never tried pineapple curry yet - this one was fantastic, with plenty of other veggies and protein accompanying it. There was enough curry for me to take it home and enjoy a second meal. Very pleased overall!

Everything was amazing here. Went tonight with my cousin and the food was wonderful. Servings were big and very flavorful. Service was good. They were pretty busy with take out orders and orders in the restaurant. The crispy duck was the best duck I've ever had and I will definitely be getting it again. Can't wait for the monthly specials to start up. This place is a must try for Thai.
