Neat environment inside and out. Friendly staff. The hubs and I each ordered brisket burgers. Absolutely delicious! You don't get anything else with it so they are expensive. But delicious!
Our youngest got the grilled cheese, which comes on a hamburger bun instead of regular bread. He said he liked it.
$38 for 1 brisket burger, lg fries and 1 dbl brisket burger. It hit the spot! Fries were delicious with their sauce. Burgers weren’t too saucy or greasy. The team were pleasant. Just a little warm inside the restaurant and parking seemed small. There’s the trolley to avoid parking.
Excellent little BBQ place with generous portions. We are also gluten-free, so the greens option was nice. There is an outdoor patio with some umbrellas and shading that is dog friendly too! Indoor seating and clean restroom.
Smoqehouse is one of our favorite places on AMI. We try to visit each time we are in the island. I have now tried every single item on the menu and have enjoyed each. The owner has been at the restaurant and working the order counter nearly every time. He and each worker we have interacted with have been great.
Portions are appropriate size, plenty but not too big. We particularly love the fries.
The Korean beef on greens was great! The ginger lime slaw that came with it was an amazing bonus. If you like the spicy zing of ginger, you'll love this! Also, the employee that took our order was super friendly. It was a great evening eating on the patio.
The Smoqehouse Cuban and Brisket Burger were dynamite!
The smokiness of the Cuban was fantastic...came with ham, cheese, and pickles like any good Cuban Sandwich.
House Cut Chips were very good with the dipping sauce provided.
Service was very quick...the smell of the smoke while walking by draws you in!
Very nice place. Stuff so helpful. Everything was tasty, french fries vere a bit too salty but they made new ones and they were perfect.
Every sandwich has one price - 12 $ and small french fries 4 and large 6 so it's very ok 😉 now we are full and can go back home 😄 thanks
At the beach, burgers always sound good, and smoked meat is a huge bonus. Our group each tried different menu items, I had the Korean Beef burger, and a side of poutine. Omg, portions were huge, the prices very cheap for the location, and the flavors were awesome! Everyone in our group was so happy I used Google to find somewhere to eat. I also included a shot of the menu and the seating area.
The pouting was amazing - gravy was super flavorful. Large size was enough for 3 people. Side salad was surprisingly delicious! Homeade champagne vinaigrette made the salad. The Islander, smoked chicken sand, was too peppery for my liking, but the chez and pineapple were great additions. Loved that they had both the sweet and unsweet tea versions of the local company that brews the tea available at the self serve beverage area.
Due to years of a busy tourist season, we have not been to some of our favorite places. We have been going to Smokehouse, since they opened. They have added comfortable picnic tables outside. Unfortunately parking is very limited. The food, however, did not disappoint. The pulled pork sandwich and brisket burger were delicious! The generous portion of french fries comes with their delicious sauce. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the prices. They have increased, along with everything else, in today's economy.
