This place has been my go-to for breakfast sandwiches for nearly seven years now. Parking in the mornings is easy and the chefs are generally super quick. This place is leaps and bounds better than other breakfast sandwich shops and costs less. Fantastic breakfast sandwiches on bagels for a great price. 💯

Super nice local daily made bagels. Strong daily clientele who stop in every morning on their way to chores, duties, and obligations. Cheery chatty folks get your morning started right. Very reasonable prices beat McD's hands down. Sorry no pictures, my bagel was gone before I came back to reality. I had the plain bagel with cream cheese and a large orange juice for $5.50 total out the door. They offer in store eating and out side benches.

Bagels are a 10/10 and it’s my favorite bagel place in town. However I’m honestly fed up with their communication. I can’t call because it goes directly to a message saying they’re closed, but it gives the date from a month ago. So I can’t call to see if their open, let alone to place an order. I went in today and there was nothing online or on their voicemail that said they would be closed (other than the message from a month ago) and I walk up just to see a sign on the door that they’re closed for oven repair. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, in fact most of my trips here recently have ended like this.
I love their bagels, however I’m tired of spending all this time and gas money driving to the shop, just for them to be closed over and over again. They seriously need to figure out how to let their customers know if they’re open or not, before they get to the door.

This place makes some damn good bagels and it’s no question as to why their lobby is always packed. I’ve consistently gotten incorrect orders and despite just how amazing they taste, it is just no longer worth my time in the mornings. I am very sad to say I cannot continue to support a business that constantly delivers incorrect orders.

My first impression is a very negative one. I have been sitting in the bagel works lobby for about an hour and 15mins. Despite reminding the staff of my order around the 45min mark, their was no urgency to have my order made. I have heard good things about this place from people around town. I really want to like this place! I don’t believe an egg sandwich should take well over an hour. Very disappointed with my first experience here…

There is always a long line, but if you are just getting untoasted bagels you won't have to wait at all. Pretty good bagels, but not the best I have ever had.

Rude and disgruntled employees every time I go there… BUT the food they cook is absolutely delicious every time as well. Just expect a mean look and no response for saying “thank you”
