We came to this restaurant five people me and my family we had to wait for 45 minutes for the food to show up when it showed up the sauce was really watery and me and my son we complained about it so they took my son's order drink the salt water and brought it back the food was not the best but okay the service was nothing special I wish note come back to this restaurant

Always fast & friendly service! We go here frequently for the lunch special & you can't beat the price plus the food has always tasted excellent! The atmosphere is wonderful with the dim lighting & oldies music. Everything is clean & seems very well maintained. Offers inside or outside seating which is nice on cooler days also has lots of room. There are drink special in the late afternoon for those who enjoy having alittle nip. Just an overall wonderful place!

I admit I haven't tried more than three or four dishes on their menu, but everything I've ordered, I've liked. The Pizza on the other hand, I LOVE. The crust is crunchy and chewy just the way I remembered from NY. They don't skimp on the toppings either, and the sauce is delicious. I've tried other pizza places (not by choice) , and I always come back to Massimos. I've even had food catered from here for my son's birthday party, and everything was a hit. I don't get the other reviews bashing the service and food... I've always found the owner and his wife to be courteous. Sure service can be spotty anywhere you go, but the food is consistently good.

Had reservation for eight people sitting outside. Asked for separate checks, server got very nervous and actually said the "owner" would not allow it, and she would not even ask. Red flag. Order got screwed up with two wrong pizzas served and a dinner entry not what was requested. The three pizzas ordered were served eventually, but not together making our dining uncomfortable as we did not eat at the same time. The wait staff appeared to be understaffed and quite frenzied. Then the one bill was presented, and it was overcharging us by over $100.00!! Our server was able to correct the overcharge, but could not help us decipher the individual charges while the "owner" stood by in an unhelpful manner. When he was asked to help, he was actually hostel to us, insulting, and threatning. Our dining experience was not what one would expect from a reputable restaurant. Future dinners beware, there are many excellent restaurants in the Boynton Beach area, this is not one of them.

I was a loyal customer for 4 years literally every Friday evening. There were a few times I had some rudeness or issues with customer service but I didn't think much. We had a situation over a coupon that broke the camels back and I have never been treated so rude, with such disrespect and Mary actually hung up the phone on me. I had surgery and couldn't come in to done and had lots of people in the house so I wanted to use a 10% off coupon that did NOT say anything anywhere about dine in only but they insisted on telling me that it did. I told them if they can please honor the coupon since I just spent $3000 on surgery and give me the $10 off of my order since I am a valued and loyal customer and they said no and hung up. When I called back to complain I got hung up on the owner said if u don't think our food is worth the money then I could go someplace else! I was shocked!!!! I told him it had nothing to do w value it is to do with treating a loyal customer w respect and honoring a coupon that was not expired so I can stay home and heal after surgery. I refuse to ever step foot in that place again and am shocked how horrible the owners were, I can't even begin to explain the way they treated me. They are prejudiced as well and I won't begin to tell you the way they speak about others

Garlic rolls , food and staff. The food here is great. I try different entrees here and there. I will drive half hour to 45 minutes for these garlic rolls. Only try them if you are a fan of garlic. Full liquor bar, i love this place, i tell everyone in the Boynton area about it. The owner, he talks and greets everyone who comes in, he remembers your name, he makes every visit very welcoming. It's a family environment and we have been coming for about 5 years. Again...the garlic rolls are phenomenal!
