The staff here are awesome!! They are friendly, kind and courteous. I have only good things to say about this location, but today I saw something that shocked me. I watched 3 older women reprimand a young male who was quietly eating his meal alone at a table. I was seated next to him and observed him consuming a large Panera meal. As many do, he continued to occupy the table after he finished his meal to do some work on his computer. One of the 3 women approached him and asked if he would leave the table. He apologized and said he was still using the table. Mind you, the restaurant was empty, except for all of us. The lady reprimand him and insisted "he couldn't be sorry" since he was choosing to stay at a 4 person table when he was only 1 person eating. The young man remained calm and again apologized. The 3 ladies sat at the table next to him and began talking loudly, while he was quietly trying to work on his computer. Of course, people come to Panera to eat and socialize, so there was nothing he could do. I'm impressed that he remained so calm and continued to do his work. He was a young male minority. The 3 older women were not. I'm not sure if race or age was a factor for why they targeted him, or if they just really like that spot. But it was shocking to see such rude behavior. I hope it doesn't ruin the Panera experience at this otherwise great location.

The food was delicious (though the sandwich could have been a bit bigger), and the cashier was super nice.

Haven't been here in a few years, but went today and was disappointed, the place was dirty, the staff was not happy to be there. I got the bowl and it came about half full, I asked about it and they said that was the portion it was supposed to be, I will not be getting that ever again.

I would give this place another star because the food was good, and prepared well. Buttttt, first off the lady up front was so rude, all because I had trouble hearing her. And instead of being understanding, she became frustrated. Second, there weren’t any straws near the drink area. I went up to the lady upfront and she handed me one, not in the plastic just one that was sitting on top of the counter…with dirty hands. She had just taken out the trash, and touched the straw. Overall though, the food was good, but the service can be better, and so can sanitation.

Awful experience. The cashier was rude and simply just didn’t care. I had a gift card for $15 and I called before hand making sure it had funds, it did. I go in and Rylee (the cashier) tells me there’s nothing on it, which I know is a lie considering I JUST checked and there was $15. I think she just said there wasn’t anything because she was too lazy to do her job. Besides that, the teas tasted like pure water and my french baguettes were missing. The mac and cheese was very chewy and not cooked throughly. Only good part of this was the broccoli and cheddar soup. Very disappointed.

Deceptive staff, poor customer service and management will openly lie to your face. Portions are not controlled and product is often over baked. If you like Panera, do yourself a favor and go to a better operated store.

Went here to order a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The cashier was playing with her phone, didn't greet or acknowledge me then after I told her what I wanted she told me to hold on. She did something in the kitchen real quick then went in the back and came out playing with the phone again. She really didn't want to be bothered with me. I had a $2 off birthday coupon and she at first said I do not have a birthday pastry coupon. Which I told her I have the $2 off. I told her I never received my birthday pastry she just shrugged and said oh well. This is a terrible location. The workers really don't like dealing with customers here. Plus they covered all the outlets here so you can't plug anything in. Just wrong for a cafe, don't go here.

So very disrespectful. My wife and I were sitting at our table awaiting our food, and one of the staff members, came up to our tabke and insulted my wife, right to her face. We were absolutely flabbergasted. She was so embarrassed and angry. She spoke to the manager about the situation and the manager had nothing to say other than "I'm sorry". This is the last time we ever stwp foot in this establishment. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their guests.
