This food is a disgrace to fast food. Just look at my food! Look at it!!! Those fries did not have one, not one taken out of it before this photo. That's the chicken sandwich. NOT the chicken slider! Also the nerve of their prices with this sad food. I hope all their CEO's ECT get fired! And I just stamped my foot🦶! So ya know I'm angry.

In the era of touch free covid rules... the customer accessible card machine is blocked by Sonic, consequently Sonic employees "have to" take away your credit card out of your sight and refuse to let you see what they do with it, you "have to" stay outside. All that for very greasy smelly food. Still waiting for a manager, I had enough time to figure out how to post online these comments.

The worst customer service anywhere and they always get your order wrong, not once have I been there when my order has been correct and I get attitude on the phone especially from the manager on duty named Melanie who couldn’t have been more rude. bad service comes from bad management. Keith however who is another one of the managers was very friendly the first time I spoke to him so I have nothing bad to say about him by the customer service and the accuracy of orders is horrendous The bread on the pictures included is supposed to be toasted does that look toasted to anyone in the world? Check out the website pictures of the exact item it’s a double grilled cheeseburger. Looks perfectly toasted in the pictures online not like the white bread I got on mine.

Went on a Sunday to get a PowerAde and ice cream cone for the pup. Could tell they may have been a bit short staffed bc it took some time to get just those 2 items and the cone was a bit melted on delivery. But we didn't mind the wait and Jack didn't mind the melted cone! 🍦

Worst service ever. Do NOT go here. Zero stars. Ordered on mobile app. Said some one was coming out with the 2 drinks I ordered. 10 plus minutes later no one, hit red button still no one. Finally my husband got out of the car to find some one & he was gone a long time to finally find out NO slush machine. What? And why did it let me order in the app?? Ended up with zero drinks.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app and all was great at first. I checked in the nice employee told me that my food should be out shortly. 30-35 minutes pass buy and i got to press the button again to ask if my food is ready and see what was happening. Then a rude employee gets on there and asks me if i checked in yet. Then she realized that my order was up there so i wait for a out 10 minutes and my food come out i ordered a powerade slush w strawberries, a banana shake, and buffalo popcorn chicken. The powerade slush was literally a normal powerade with ice and strawberries which i ordered a slush not a normal powerade, then the shake was 75 percent whipped cream, and the buffalo chicken was disgusting looking. I am not the person to usually complain but i was quite upset after paying and waiting forever to get poor quality food.

The service was absolutely great. However, I wasn't as impressed with the quality of food on my last two visits. I hadn't been to Sonic in 4 or 5 years, but my recollection of the food was of a better quality. Also one or two things that I was looking forward to were no longer on the menu. So in that regard there was a mild disappointment. But like I said the service was wonderful, the server made several trips to my car to assure that everything was done to my liking.

Arrived at 3:30pm on a Saturday to a mostly empty Sonic. Ordered 2 soft drinks. After 15 minutes, our order was brought, and 1 drink wrong. Server took wrong drink and never returned, no one answered buzzer, nothing. Finally caught server outside back door and got correct paid for drink - took total of 45 minutes for 2 soft drinks when they weren't busy. No wonder no one was there - they treat you badly and don't care.
