Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothies are good when made right. I think the girl that made my smoothie was newer so she said she didn't put enough water in my drink. She added more water and my smoothie had no taste and the other girl offered to fix it. It tasted much better after. They were super sweet about it. There was quite a good selection of drinks to choose from and I know which ones I want to come back and try. The place is clean and there is ample seating.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I've been there one time and I can say this.The orders took so long to make. I was there waiting nearly a full hour for a SMOOTHIE. One.... Smoothie. I don't think u even understand. ONE. S-M-O-O-T-H-I-E. Yes you read that right, A smoothie. I have never left a bad review at a store in my life, but my experience here warranted me to do so. Please do better.

Rude and obnoxious behavior from employees in store July 12th at 7:43pm Went to this location and now I know why I drive half way across Boynton to go the other location on Gateway. Fist of all when a customers comes to a store 15 minute before close for a simple smoothie it is very rude to turn them away and brush their hands off the door as if to dismiss them. If the new policy is to close at 745. Put it on the door for all to see. I even called back to understand what and why they were turning away customers explanation they were closing early today and only taking online orders but you could not take orders online then she went on to say only delivery orders. The young man who works there tried to intervene and help but the rudeness of the young lady over took the conversation. I’m not sure what the policy is why the person decided to be so rude This is unacceptable
