Wanted to try something different. It was ok. IMO the soup was a bit salty, the ceveche had too much vinegar. Garlic sauce delicious 😋 disappointed they didn't have red beans because the website stated it had red beans. I'm not into black beans. 😕

The food here is great, actually is probably the best pollo tropical for food in palm beach county I've been to. However the staff is not friendly what so ever and they don't even acknowledge normal humanly things like communicating or using words to respond to your requests. They don't say your welcome or sorry for the wait when they take 20 minutes to get your order ready. I kinda felt like me and the other guests felt like we were bothering them by being there(Not FRIENDLY what so ever). 🤷‍♂️ But that being said the food is great and fresh so if you don't mind being treated that way then Boynton Beach Pollo Tropical is just for you.

Same bad service all the time. Wrong items and missing stuff. This time I ordered 1/2 chicken with rice and beans at 7:30pm. Park and go to pick up at 7:55 pm and they don't even have the order in their queue. I am told by the manager that I will wait to wait until the order is printed so they will start preparing it because she can't help me otherwise. The restaurant was not even that busy. Everyone that came and ordered got their food right away. I had to wait 45 min for mine. Such a shame. The customer service could be much better than that.

Walked in and walked out. Pollo Tropical on Congress in Boynton Beach, Fl was very dirty. Only two tables were occupied but all of the tables were dirty as was the floor. It would have been a good opportunity for someone who worked there to do some cleaning. We wouldn’t eat there because of the lack of cleanliness. Can’t review the food because we wouldn’t eat there.

Me and my buddy ordered curbside, no one walked out. We ended up going it. What do you know it wS just waiting. They almost forgot my where but I reminded them, but seems I gave them too much credit. Didn't get my dessert and didn't notice till we got to his house. Wow just wow.

Have gone to this location of Boynton Beach often. I arrived tired & looking forward to ordering their spanish style, tasty chicken, black beans & rice. To my dismay I found only ONE worker taking orders. I thought, surely when manager sees (ordering)line with one cashier working alone, a worker would be sent. NO, even though it was "rush hour" time.

Worst pollo tropical I ever ate. I think they're rationing the food, to take a lot of leftovers home, because I ordered a creole shrimp platter and they served the amount for a 3yr old. I'll never come back here. I'd rather drive a couple of miles east to have a better experience.

First and foremost, this is a 0 rating. This place urgently requires a new owner! The women here are always rude, they move slowly, they ignore the customers, and they will literally stare at you while you wait for someone to come to the cashier. You'll never stand in line for 5-10 minutes. You're always waiting 15 minutes or more. This establishment should be closed down. Boynton does not deserve to be surrounded by ghetto energy. Particularly near the gym. Smh
