The power breakfast bowl and Yokohama bowl are both very tasty and will fill you up. Service is quick and efficient, the food is a tasty, healthy option for breakfast or lunch.

Healthy Food concept restaurant serving fresh all natural smoothies, juices, power/protein bowls, etc.
You order at the counter, and they'll bring the food to your table when it's ready. The staff behind the register, who also took the order, was friendly and upbeat.
We ordered a smoothy, tuna wrap, garden salad and Grilled Shrimp Poke bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I am so hooked on this place. I go everyday usually for a smoothie but there’s so much good food to choose from and it is fresh, tasty and healthy. The staff is great and always with a smile. Try it for yourself….you won’t regret it.

The first few times I came, it wasn't all that great, but the food is good, especially the soups - homemade, from scratch. This time I came in a pinch because I was starving and didn't want to drive somewhere and wait. I knew I could get right in and feed my pet tapeworm.🙃 I had the mushroom soup. It was brothy and not creamy - so yummy (see photo). Also, ordered the turkey melt with cranberry mayo. I have to say the cranberry mayo makes the sandwich (see photo)! Friendly staff and customers. They have all sorts of options, from vegan to gluten free to smoothies to sandwiches and salads and wheatgrass and tumeric shots, and more. I think they still have their pre-made meal options for the week I don't recall the name - ask. See what they say. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

This place is delicious! It’s hard to find a healthy lunch option that is also hearty and filling. They have such a large menu to choose from. The pesto chicken wrap was so good and full of veggies :) Friendly staff too!

I've been to this place a few times and I have been wanting to like but every time I go the disappointment gets bigger. I ordered and acai bowl which was more like a granola bowl with 2 or 3 blueberries and not even a whole strawberry. They charge $15 for this?
Another time I ordered a spinach, egg wrap and I'm pretty sure my 5 year old can make a better wrap than that.
I'm surprised at how they've stayed in business. I guess the standards are lower now? Anyhow, I would not come back or recommend this place to anyone

I hate to give bad reviews but, I will never forget the time I worked at this place… starting with the owner, he is a very abusive person, cheap and not to mention, he said Xenophobic things. My friends that worked for him also complained about same issue.
We had to put very small portions of everything and all the ingredients had to last forever. I quit that place because of the pressure, and I got physically pushed by a coworker there. Though the manager (his wife) was respectful.
